Nature Stone

The team that came out was very professional. We just had our house remodeled and decided to put this product on our front porch. We had cracks in the cement and it covered it beautifully. Very happy with the product. Would recommend anyone that wanted to improve the look of their front cement porch to use this company.

I am really happy with the service, especially with Donny B who has been to my house 3 times - first, to move all of the items back into my garage, second, to drop off the vacuum cleaner, and third, to come by and finish the job installing the floor that they were initially unable to complete because of a very heavy wood-burning stove. The floor looks great and Donny made sure everything was done right. With such personable workers who clearly enjoy representing the company, you can't go wrong.

We loved our Nature Stone garage floor so much we decided to put it in our sunroom too. Justin Q and Nick K were right on time and done in just a few hours! It looks great! We love it! It's perfect for this space!

WARNING. Nature Stone will NOT call you back or even finish a job. The product was applied to our patio, walkway, and steps in October 2020. After the salesman lied about how it would be applied to the very end of the steps with a "nice beveled edge"(BTW $8000 up front) and I fought that fight and lost they said they would be back in the spring to seal it.

I have been passed through to voicemail with no return phone calls. I am only asking for them to finish the job. Unbelievable! They sure could take my check and cash it but will not honor their fake statement. RUSSELL'S PROMISE is a joke! Do NOT believe their lies. Read reviews, complaints to BBB (which I filed twice), and warranty claims. If I could give no stars I would. SHAME ON YOU!

We have had our Basements done in 2 different homes now and we love the floors. The installers have been great both times. We had a little issue this last time but they were right on top of it and made it right. Brian K. and Chris G came out and fixed it and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend getting a Nature Stone floor especially for a basement. They hold up great thru the years.

My friend and I just bought a home that we were looking to remodel. We began thinking of what we were going to do with the floors and weren't sure where to find the right place to help us out. We began our search and consulted with friends and family until we found Nature Stone. They were completely amazing with their service from the get go. They sent their staff to recommend different options, sent us pictures, quotes, all within convenient timing with our schedules.

Their team was so respectful and courteous, the whole process went smoothly, and we were so happy when everything was finished. I highly recommend them, and am so happy with my new and improved home.

Nature Stone just completed an installation in our basement. We are extremely happy with the result. Our installer Walter was very nice and did an outstanding job. We were amazed at how quickly yet perfectly he did the job. As we had the job done over 2 days I was concerned there would be a noticeable line down the middle where the two halves met. Walter chiseled out the division in a sawtooth manner to ensure this would not be the case. Result is that it looks perfect. Our only regret is that we hadn't installed Nature Stone long ago.

After two attempts our floor is not installed. The first day, the stone was a completely different color (which was an issue from the supplier that Nature Stone was aware of and failed to take the simple effort of checking the stone before coming out to install). They had to remove the incorrect stone and said they would be back the next day at 9:30.

By 11 the next day, the installers had not shown up or called so I called corporate. They said they would find out what was going on and someone would call me. No one called or showed up so I called back again. Eventually the regional manager called and said that the epoxy was left in the van overnight and froze. He guilted me that he "would pull his son out of his wrestling tournament" to open the warehouse and get new epoxy and have the installers come over.

He promised it would be installed that day and they would be there is a half hour. Two hours later, they arrived with the same, frozen epoxy and spent an hour trying to defrost it in my driveway. Needless to say they could not defrost it because it was the same frozen epoxy. They said they would be back Monday and I am not holding my breath. I called the regional manager, Nick, back who had a completely different story about what happened from the installers.

He talks over you and is condescending and unprofessional. I am out at leases two days of work (possibly more if they don't show up/successfully install the floor) and a Saturday sitting around waiting for people to show up or call. I had a contractor coming on Monday that I had to cancel and now I am on a waiting list for and a furniture delivery that I had to reschedule. The entire process is frustrating and disappointing AND they haven't even installed the floor yet! Save your money and time and spend your money elsewhere.

Got Nature Stone on my garage floor. The seams were obvious and discolored. After getting the runaround, they tried to hide the discoloration with slight improvement. Now the service rep won't return my calls and the salesman says he'll have someone "check it out" but we don't hear from anyone. The only way I've gotten anyone to do anything is to complain on Facebook and Yelp. Based on our experience, we do not recommend Nature Stone. Very Disappointed!

We had Nature Stone installed on our garage floor which was a two-day job. Along the seam between the two days work was a very obvious discolored area. After many unfulfilled promises and unreturned phone calls, a negative post on Facebook finally got someone to come and try to correct the issue. The treatment helped but the area is still obviously discolored. I've called three times with no answer or calls returned.

Another negative post on Facebook got a "we'll get someone on it" response but it's been four days and no contact. I understand that issues can occur during an application but there's no excuse for their pathetic customer service.

Verry happy with my Nature stone, the workers were in and out quickly, were very clean and did not make a mess. They did an excellent job and i have already recomended this to several of my friends. The pictures do not display this product accurately, it looks far better in person!

Justin Q./ Nick K., They arrived on time, and were very professional. Made sure, I was well aware of things I should do or not to keep from damaging the floor. I appreciate them taking the time to explain how to care for my new floor. It was a pleasure having these to gentlemen working on my garage floor.

They installed my patio in 2019. Within that year it was chipping. The customer service to get it corrected was terrible. Then the man who. Corrected it left spots that were faded. Now, in 2021, they still have not corrected the fading and I need it sealed for the winter but customer service tells me that there is no one in the PGH that can help service the patio. Please, please save your money because they will not support the quality or maintenance of their work.

One of the worst things to do to your patio. After 3 years very ashey, patchy and dingy. We called many times and finally came out and said we needed a heated power washer to clean our patio. You would hope they would want to get this done, but of course not. Sara or kris Hutchason both ignore our request over many weeks saying they will call when they get one.

We called various other power wash companies and none of them will touch nature stone. Beware of both Sara and kris they will take your money and run. Worst customer service ever

So, there was a comment made by Nature Stone that seemed to express concern for the experience I had with there product/service. Although I did not expect to have any resolution, I guess there was the teeniest, tiniest part of the little girl still in me that hoped for it all to work out! Well, that didn't happen. In fact, I never received any further communication from Nature Stone.

That being said, I would probably have not added additional information to my review, as I am not the person who ever even writes them. This may have been the third time in my whole life. However, I did not want anyone reading my review and thinking Nature Stone at least seems like they care and are trying to make it right. Nope.

I would have given them a 0 if I could. Nature Stone installed product in July 2020. I was charged and they were suppose to fill a fairly large crack with epoxy prior to installing the stone. However in February 2021 I noticed that the crack was reappearing and the stone had started to come off. I called Nature Stone and they scheduled an appt on April 5, 2021, however, no one showed. i called and they said they would call me back to reschedule.

Another four weeks passed and I called them again. Again another appointment had been scheduled for June 18th. I called on June 17th to see what time they were coming on the 18th and was told someone will call me between the hours of 8:00 - 9:00 am on the 18th. Again, no phone call and no one showed up. I called them later in the day and was did really given a reason why they didn't show.

I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney's office and the Better Business bureau. They charged me for the epoxy and did not apply it to the project. This is "Fraud" and I have been working since February to get someone to come out and fix it. This use to be a good company but not anymore. Definetly be aware if you have them to do any work.

I had my Nature Stone installed in my garage in Feb 2nd 2021. The reason my review is so late is because I am slow to do it, it looked great/fantastic after it was installed. I wanted to give it a few months to see how it holds up after a couple months. Well here is results: Ray the sales person was fabulous, explains and answered all my questions, and helped me get the finance that I required.

The two installers did a great jobs. They started and basically answered any of my questions before/during/after the install. I have provided before and after photos. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend anyone who is thinking of getting nature stone down in their garage, do it! The finish looks great!

We decided.to use Nature Stone for our pool deck. It looked good for about 2 years. We applied the provided epoxy coating annually as recommended. We started to notice the spring of last year (year 5) that the pool deck was looking dull, cloudy and patchy. I called and sent pictures They sent out someone to inspect our pool deck. He said not to apply the epoxy finish last year and to call this spring to re-evaluate.

I did this 3 times, sending pics of the awful looking Nature Stone pool. We have had absolutely no response. I have a friend who had the same issue. They ended up tearing off the Nature Stone and refinishing with something else. Never use Nature Stone outside. Terrible customer service and false advertising for patios and pool decks.

I requested a quote on-line and was able to pick my date; however, I received a call a week later from a scheduler advising that that date/time wasn't available, and that I would need to convert to a virtual consultation a month later. No thanks, that's not what I wanted. Very pushy. After reading other reviews about scheduling and their sales tactics, I'll explore other options.

Salesman was quick and very helpful, we even changed a few things after the first quote without any trouble. Installers did a great job even helped clean the garage and basement. Product is highly recommended out basement floor has never been better.

I highly recommend this company! They did an amazing job. Had a flood in my basement called nature stone. The price was very reasonably and it looks amazing! Cleaned everything up when they left and was in and out in the time they said. I love the floor and the guarantee I never have to worry about my basement floor again. If you need a new basement floor please call this company! Everyone was very friendly and nice. Thanks again Nature Stone!

I scheduled with the on line appointment calendar for Nature Stone to come out and give us a quote. Everything went through with no problem until today. I scheduled 3:30 p.m. Thursday, 5/28/20 (made this appointment a week or more in advance). Since I had a lot going on, It was 2 p.m. and I thought I better call to confirm they were coming. The person implied I might have picked a date that was taken.

I told her definitely not, everything went through. She checked their schedule and informed me there was no appointment scheduled! ( It seemed from our conversation that this has happened before.so be aware of this.) At this point, she wanted to reschedule us, I declined. Nature stone is not a necessity for us.wants and needs. I guess they made up our mind for us. Not needed.

Thanks for replying, however we contacted the Bedford office already. Keep in mind we are 65 years old and were told to get on our hands and knees scrub it with Dawn dish soap then power wash it with a hose and then shop vac the water up.

We had the salesman come over to discuss our front porch. Our porch wasn't a big enough job for them, so we thought we could also do the garage floor. We negotiated for a while and were within about $300. The salesman said he would get back to us on Monday - but we have never heard back from them. If this is their customer service, we wouldn't want to do business with them. We'd rather deal with a company that wants our business.

I had Nature Stone install product over concrete and tile in my basement. The product totally transformed the space and is as beautiful as advertised. The sales process was simple and not high pressure. A little gamesmanship with "sales price", but it was close to my budget. Installation took one day plus a couple hour followup to seal. Walking on in it in 48 hrs.

Customer service was good in that I received a call in advance and the technicians were prompt. It's labor intensive to install as the aggregate mix is carried in five gallon buckets. The guys worked hard in 90 degree humid conditions. I have other areas I will consider for future work.

I think Nature Stone did exactly what they said they would do, replaced our floor after it continued to crack. Thank you from the bottom of my heart...The new floor isn't quite done, but looking amazing...The young men doing the job seem to be quite knowledgeable with good work Ethics...Thank you again

Had my garage done, it was a was mess.concrete falling apart. Donnie and his crew came out and did a awesome job, it looks beautiful. I hope it holds up it seems very strong. I knew it would be awesome because of Donnie and his years of experience. I love it! Better then ripping out my garage floor. Expensive but worth it. Job done in 5 hrs.

I never had this company do the work. I didn't care for the sales pitch. They give you a high price first. Then the salesman says he would call the office to get me a better price. Then you get a new "lower" quote and you are supposed to feel like your getting a deal. Why not give your best price first? I have been told by a friend, he had the same routine.

The scheme reminds me of a car dealership. Then on the back of the quote, they want you to initial several places. The one that stuck out is the one that all disputes must be settled in Bedford City Court. Hmmmm. All I can suggest is to shop around because there are others who do the same work.

Never will have do future business with this company again. Installers came out to install the garage floor and had the nerve to urinate in the driveway. When called into the company and spoke to the manager Andrew he offered to take $250.00 off the bill and was very apologetic. Then called back and said the installer said there was a misunderstanding he was changing his pants when there was no misunderstanding when I was right on the front porch.

Very unprofessional and DISGUSTING and RUDE. Got a call this morning from the sales man josh and now saying $150.00 off the bill. DONT DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM THERE WAS NO RESOLUTION MET AT ALL. This was posted after the gentleman responded with the total BS that he posted.

Appt. at the house with #naturestone today. The price went from 2.99sqft to 12.00+sqft. Total bait and switch. A very unethical company! Don't do business with this company!

A NatureStone representative came to our house to give us a quote for the basement. He is 6+ feet tall, about 250lbs. He sits on our very heavy metal kitchen bar stool and when he went to get up, he pushes the (unmovable) stool into our step-down family room.

Putting statements in their commercials that are first of all, false and second of all geared to cause hatred for a religion that they obviously know nothing about. I'd love to know where they got the information that they are putting in their commercials.
