I am beyond upset. We had this place re do the carpet in our whole house about a year ago. All seams are showing and carpet is not wearing well. So after spending lots of money and these problems happen I am super frustrated and devastated

My wife and I had shopped two local"family"owned companies in Newark Ohio and never was acknowledged by the staff. How sad. I'm a firm believer in greeting customers, like we are the only ones who matter. My father -in -law was in business for 50 plus years due to great customer service. Lonnie was out of the office and Nick did not hesitate to take care of any questions and treated us like we were "his"customer. Nick was friendly and pointed us in the direction to look at what we were shopping for.

We bought a new home and wanted the 4 bedrooms and stairs carpeted. We are new in the area and GCC was recommended to us. I told the salesman, which I think is one of the owners, that we hadn't purchased carpet in probably 20 years. He was the expert and that I did NOT want to be able to see footprints and sweeper marks. He sold us a carpet that he said was very low pile and would NOT show footprints.

Well it is the WORST carpet I have ever seen for showing footprints. I called and talked to a guy who was very helpful and ended up sending me a check for $1,000. Wasn't going to review because of his kindness, but I said I don't think you would use the pics I sent of the carpet after being swept and three hours later, two grandkids were there, to try to sell and he said no.

They are in the wrong and I feel should have redone my whole upstairs. I would give no stars if I could. Wish I could put my pics on here. I get sick to my stomach every time I go upstairs. I can add pics. The first one is my husbands office which only he walks to copy machine and in and out of his office. Within three hours after sweeping.

If your looking for a flooring company with excellent customer service, very professional, on time and accommodating then you do not need to look any further. Go with GGC Flooring. Jeff, Nic and the rest of the crew are wonderful! I am not local and needed flooring installed at a rental home that I own in Columbus. I was able to complete the entire transaction (initial call, estimate walk through, install and payment transactions) virtually without any issue. Thank me later!

Very pleased with G.G.C.! Greg was very helpful with helping me pick out the perfect carpet for our house! Very friendly and explained the whole process very well. Great family run business! They're still one of the essential business operating during COVID-19. What a relief to have someone install new carpet with all flooding and water damage!
