If you call you will find short, loud, little people without a high school education running the dispatch. absolutely no professionalism. if going through AHS prepared to be rail roaded for extra cost by this company as they try to make as much money as possible from you. Never under any circumstance should this company be used.

My home warranty hired this company. They did not call us for 3 days. We called and then they stated we have you scheduled in 3 days. We advised they never called us and our water was out in the kitchen. We also had small children and 2 disabled adults. They told us will be their in 3 days which would have been a total of 6. Then they stated " or if you don't like that call your home warranty company and have them get another plumbing company." I will never recommend them or ever do business with them. Immediate Response Plumbing what a joke. Unprofessional, dismissive, flippant, company.

I inherited a massive problem after purchasing my home. Immediate Response plumbing was suggested by my home warranty. They went above and beyond in helping me. The sewer was buried beneath a huge oak tree. After a lot of trenching and manually digging to expose the pipe, they got my system fixed and back up and running. I highly recommend them, they are clean, punctual and a great team to work with. Thank you again, for all your help.

Had this company come out to replace a kitchen faucet, an endeavor that cost me hundreds of dollars less then what another company wanted to charge. The only issue I have is they brought mud in the house. Other then that I will be calling them back. Service: Tap installation

This contractor was hired by my home Warranty company. They were unable to fix my unusable kitchen faucet in a timely manner. They were looking for the cheapest possible part (which I understand) when I addressed the issue ( I was somewhat rude) They had zero regard for the possibility that their services were inadequate. I notified the warrany company that I would no longer need their services.

I changed the faucet myself for very cheap. I should have done this in the first place; however, when I told irp that they did not need to make an appointment because I changed it myself because I needed a clean living area for my family, they then griped that they would have to pay a restocking fee. While I should not have used the warranty for this, this company needs to work on professionalism and adjust the way they do warranty work to better address emergencies.

I hired Immediate Response Plumbing to replace the entire sewer system under my house, which had failed by repairs made by another plumbing company a few years ago. Bob and the crew were amazing. They worked professionally and were always available to answer all my many questions and concerns. Right now they are wrapping up the project and coordinating with my foundation company. I am quite pleased on the outcome of the project.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value This company was selected by our home warranty. The guy came out and said "need a part, I will order". 3 weeks later no part or call, guy was "sick for a week". I've had to call repeatedly to get ETA. Supposedly someone will call Wednesday. Horrible service. The scheduler is unprofessional and lacks a basic understanding of how to interact with people. She is rude, talks over you on the phone, condescending and overall an unpleasant person. We had the misfortune of interacting with her due to American Home Shield assigning a job to address a broken pipe with her company. She made the assessment and concluded that the broken pipe was a roof issue without sending over a technician.

I explained to her multiple times I can visually see the broken pipe in the attic of my garage. She also claims that the warranty does not cover the issue when it clearly states that water pipes are covered in my American Home Shield contract. I can quickly see how other people feel scammed or raised legitimate concerns about their service based on reviews.

Had this company out to find a small leak we noticed, came out and broke the lever to turn the main water off, told my wife it was broken already, had Saws out to fix and once water was turned back on there was a huge leak that was caused by a shift from when the technician put his entire body weight into turning the lever and broke the lever. We then called and spoke to the owner who stated things like this happen with pipes that aren't 100% and there's no way for them to know.

So they will have to charge us to come back out to fix it even though they are the ones who broke it because "this is a common occurrence". We have them on camera video/audio breaking it and stating he broke it then lying to my wife saying it was broken when he got there so we will be doing everything in our power to make sure this horrible company fixes the issue they caused!

This company was sent out by my home warranty company. I had an outside main water line leak that they were able to locate the location of the leak quickly. They stated they would have to dig around the location to expose the leak. They quoted me $1265 for them to do the work. Based off the extent of the job as they explained it, we opted to have them do the digging.

They only ended up digging about 1/3 of what they originally said they would have to and they still charged me the $1265. I tried to dispute that and get them to lower it and they would not budge. They also had informed me before that the pipe fix would be covered by my warranty but on the day of the repair they told me it wouldn't be covered so that was another $395 charge.

If I had known that, I would have chosen a different company. The technician Robert was very nice and helpful with all other aspects but this companies billing practices as well as their ability to be upfront with the customer is lacking.

Immediate Response will always be my go to plumber. I have used them for three jobs: sewer line repair, water heater replacement, and kitchen sink repair. I feel that the prices are fair, and their crew is professional and courteous. Dispatch is always pleasant over the phone. Adam and Robert have been to my house each time and provided great service.

I thought the plumber & helper very knowledgable, honest and helpful. Very great work. My only complaint is the plumber said he'd be back on Monday to finish hooking up my sprinkler system after he replaced the main water line late the prior Friday. It's been over a month and the office on couple occasions told me they'd get it hooked up. Called. again today, two weeks after last call, and now the office says they are waiting on parts.

Yard about dead in this heat after 5 weeks with no sprinkler system. All I'm asking is for Immediate Response to finish the job you were paid over a month ago for. Thank you!

Had a tiny hose bib leak. Home warranty scheduled this company that said no problem. 15 minute fix. Then the home warranty refused to cover it and they quoted me over $300 to do it on top of the $75 already paid for the service call. Complete scam. Response: I did get a 2nd opinion that provided the actual service for a fraction of your quote. I'm also dropping the home warranty as I'm unhappy with both their unfounded denial of service and your inflated quote. Less than $10 of materials and less than 30 minutes of labor should never cost over $375 for any legitimate service.

Immediate Response Plb & Rooter Serv, Inc. are totally Professional -They were on time, on budget and extremely helpful. Suggestion were made that not only were aesthetically pleasing but saved money in the long run. I have and will continue to highly recommend Jay and his team. This was the best experience ever. How stupid was I to not read the reviews of this place before I let them come to my house. AHS sent them out and turns out it wasn't covered which I should have known. Charged $285 to fix a small leak with plumber tape. I should have asked what the heck they were going to do before agreeing to that. Terrible.

I called for service on my water softener and found that it was not covered by my home warranty. I informed Immediate Response Plumbing that I still needed service for my water softener. The tech came out and informed me my water softener heads were completely shot and I needed a new system and quoted me $3000. The tech collected $45 trip charge. and left.

Due to financial hardship because of COVID19 I was devastated and as a last resort I called the water softener manufacturer who informed me that the water softener was fine and helped me troubleshoot over the phone and now my water softener is working perfectly. Immediate response plumbing is a scam and I will let everyone I talk to know. I typically leave good reviews when I'm satisfied but I will go out of my way to show my dissatisfaction with this company.

I LOVE this company! Fabulous treatment & reasonable prices. Helped us immediately when we were in serious trouble with our sewer system. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had stoppage in my washing machine that flooded my garage. I called in and the ladies in the office were very helpful and friendly, were able to answer all my questions and I had a plumber at the house within 2 hours. They were able to fix the issue I will be calling them every time I need service. Thank You Immediate Response Plumbing!

I do not recommend this company! They do not take responsibility for the damages caused by their employees. Contractor came out to repair the faucet in the kitchen July 12. They were unable to fix so had to order replacement. Took them three weeks to come back out to my property. On Aug 7 they came out to replace faucet and as contractor took it off he cracked granite counter. Contractor is stating the granite was already cracked (never mentioned anything during the first visit).

I have photos to show granite was never cracked before. Now the owner Bob wants me to file claim with my insurance. Bob refuses to repair/replace damage caused by his employee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

The two guys, they were very nice and friendly. really knows their stuff! this company has the best customer service (both dispatchers i spoke to). courteous and kind.

These guys installed an entire pluming system in my new construction home. The entire crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They were very punctual and efficient. The job was completed as scheduled with the crew kept me aware of the progress. The quality of the materials used was also excellent. Quality materials and installation was of. utmost importance to me.

I was very impressed at the level of care taken to clean up any debris. The years of experience is definitely reflected in the excellent work they do. I would definitely us them again in a heartbeat.

I wanted to commend Robert who came out and finished the job that was started on Fri. After having the Servpro Team return and vacuum up tons of water and going through over 40 towels ourselves, Robert came out when contacted by IRP, assessed the problem and removed the defective water heater. He was most professional and thorough, and we appreciated his doing all of this on Sunday.

So this plumbing company came out to my house. I told the guys what I thought was the problem.which was a leak in my water softener and it not working properly. I told them I installed it myself but for some weird reason it was leaking from the shark bite and my dishwasher was leaving spots again.

The plumber that came to my home was very nice, honest, and respectful. The office employees are the most disrespectful and rude folks I have ever spoken to in a business setting. I would select 0 stars if there were an option.

This company responded to a home warranty call at the home I rent to an elderly female tenant. They had the tenant sign and agree to the work without my knowledge.even though they verified while setting up the appointment that I was the owner and were told to call me for the repairs (so apparently they understand that the property owner or an authorized agent must consent to the work).

I thought my washer was leaking so I made an appt. with an appliance tech through AHS he came out checked told me I needed a plumber my drain was stopped up. AHS sent Immediate Response they checked told me they could not get it unstopped told me I had a leak in the pipe.

I wish we could give NO STARS! Karen is very rude and has no customer service skills. My partner and I used our home warranty for this service call. They called and made an appointment window of 1pm-5pm and would call 30 minutes before heading to our home.

We had a hot water heater that leaked down into our kitchen. Our home warranty service dispatched Immediate Response Plumbing. (I was a bit concerned, because they were not one of the big named plumbing companies, and I had no previous experience with them) Two young plumbers, Armando and Sergio came out and did an outstanding job!

Just want to say thanks and glad to have someone come out and help us. This company came out on time and was reasonably priced and most of all fixed our problem on the spot.we didn't have to wait.

Good Afternoon, I'm late to post my remarks but late is better than never! I just want to thank Immediate Response plumbing for quickly coming out this past weekend. We came home Sunday mid-morning to about a few inches less than ankle deep full of water in our living room.

Just want to give a quick shout out to the guys who came out to give me an estimate on my slab leak and to the nice lady who scheduled me on the same day. Now that I know the cost, I will schedule a day for them to come & do the work.
