I called to have a hot water heater replaced, and was told they don't provide residential service. Why not advertise "commercial only" and not waste our time?

Art saved me today. I called today on a Saturday morning in a panick. Left a panicked voicemail that said "help." he messaged me shortly after stating send the address he would be over. He gave me an ETA and updated me on the ETA along the way. He fixed the situation immediately. I sent him a video of in my on words, me, flooding the street after mowing over something in the ground.

He said the line was too high in the ground and should be lower than what it was. This house was built a year ago. And walking or mowing over it could cause the trip and the pvc pipe that flew out he plugged back in. It was so quick he didn't even charge me, I offered to pay gas and he declined, I offered a tip and he declined. I couldn't say how much I appreciate the response time and fixing it and not taking advantage of the fact that I have no clue what to do or cost. Thank you ART!

He truly cared about my water heater problem and did everything he could to fix it. I would recommend him, 100%, to anyone that has a plumbing issue. And above all he's a great person. My water heater pilot went out one day. I called Gibson Plumbing to get it repaired. When Art showed up later in the day, he was extremely knowledgeable of the issue with the pilot and was able to replace the part in about 20 minutes. After being without hot water for about 24 hours, it was a blessing to have it once again. His dedication to his craft is a direct reflection of the type of people Gibson has working for them.

I've had them come out once before, and Alex was a tremendous help to our clog situation. Gibson Plumbing is lucky to have plumbers like Art and Alex working for them. Thank you guys!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Truck 125 really needs to stop using there phone while driving. dude almost cause a wreck. Train your drivers to pull over to use their phone.

I wouldn't put the scheduling folks, and managers of this company in charge of cutting grass. They promised they would be at my home not just once but 3 times to three different people and still didn't show up till much later. When you say you're going to do something, do it or the trust in your word is lost. Just in case the company tries to reply to this stating any excuse, there's nothing you can do to change the fact that you failed at your word.

Gibson Plumbing arrived at my house at the time they said they would. They repaired my plumbing in less time than they quoted. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend Gibson Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work.

Very disappointed in Gibson Plumbing. Have a emergency situation with my plumbing and when my builder rep and myself call the emergency number the voicemail box is full which leads me to believe they are not checking the voice mails.

They will never call back. I spoke with Johnathan and stated Lindy will call me back to schedule a time for them to fix my plumbing issue and I have yet to get a call back. I have called three times over a month and still nothing.

I had several plumbing concerns one with natural gas service line and sewer drain. The natural gas lines were connected with Teflon tap that is not rated for gas. Gibson ' Plumber Gilbert disassemble the lines and reassembled with plumber's pipe dope.

These guys are the worst. If your builder uses these guys you should not buy the house. They have a hard time fixing issues like your toilet. They have come to my house twice and both times and did not have the parts to fix the toilet, they even told the warranty person who scheduled the appointment the second time that they had the parts and were on their way.
