Our water heater quit. Michael (Mike) was here within a couple hours. Replaced the water heater, cleaned up the whole side yard and we had hot water before dark. Professional, competent and so courteous. Thank you, Mike. Thank you Geers.

Had the out to install and repair a new water line for a refrigerator. They charged me me over $400. I said there's no way I would pay that. He rewrote the invoice and brought it down to $279. Still too much, but I still paid it. I found it interesting that he lowered it so quickly. I guess if I would of paid the higher price he would probably get a commission. paid it. Inte sting

Truly, in my opinion, not an honest business. I was charged over 35% above MSRP for the item I purchased. Of course "buyer beware" is on me, but really, 40% over a suggested price no one ever pays! I discovered the gouge after the fact on manufacturer's website. When I questioned Dave, his response was so much gobbledygook.

You are looking for someone who knows what they are doing, can fix your problem quickly and does it all for a fair price right? Then you just found who you are looking for. I called and they sent James out. He showed up on time. He took action immediately. I did not wait for him to call someone else or check with anyone about anything, and he was awesome with my dogs. They not only earned my business but my trust. James is Superhero fantastic!

Plumber Mike (with the Hat) arrived on time with a friendly and courteous demeanor. He jumped into fixing our stuck Mixit Shower Cartridge and was happy to share tips and tricks of the trade. Not only did I receive great service - I also learned a few tricks and really appreciate the prompt and professional service. I strongly urge you to give Geers a try if you need any plumbing work or plumbing supplies. They have helped me numerous times over the last 6 weeks as I worked through several large and small plumbing "Honey Do's"!

Both my kitchen and bathroom sink got majorly stopped up. I did everything I could to fix the problem but was in way over my head so I called Geers Plumbing. It looked like a big, expensive job and I was really stressed out as I have had horrible luck with other plumbing companies and I have an old house so there have been a lot of repairs over the 20 years I've lived here. Rossabell was my tech.

He listened when I explained the problem, told me from the beginning what the job would cost, was very nice and professional and he took the time to explain things and answer my questions. Best of all the price was very reasonable! I'm definitely a repeat customer from now on.

James came out at short notice for multiple problems and one other that came up while he was here. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

Geers has changed a lot! They have become a more community based company that really cares about their customers. I have used them numerous times to solve various plumbing issues in my home. I have never had a doubt when they show up that the problem will be handle correctly and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company

I would highly recommend Geers Plumbing. Let me tell you why. I have Faucets that needed to be replaced and they are a brand very hard to fine and Geers found them. I placed my order it didn't take long to receive them. I like that I was kept informed of the status of my order. Mike, Geers plumber, was amazing I had so many challenges with these sink faucets and showers he was able to conquer it. ( I was told by 3 other plumbers I would have to knock down walls to get to my problem) but this wasn't the case with Mike. Mike is very knowledgeable in his field, hard working very professional, kind and keeps you informed as he's repairing if he comes across obstacles. Honestly, I can't believe how he did it!

The faucets are all working and the showers are all working and my family members are very happy I'd like to add, Don played a major roll in finding my faucets. I showed him a picture and he knew exactly the brand I had. (That was amazing because no other plumbing service knew what this brand was) he looked for the brand so I could match existing faucets so I wouldn't have to replace everything he cared to save me money.

I've been using Geers Plumbing for over 20 years. There's nothing they can't do and I should know because I've used them for everything from plumbing problems to ceiling leaks. Their admin staff are always polite and stay on top of the scheduling. Their plumbing technicians are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and clean up after each job. I'd highly recommend them. Steve

To whom it may concern, Paul recently came out and moved our washer and dryer into my garage. I had 2-3 estimates in the area of $2,300. Orange Coast wanted to do it for an amazing $5,600. Paul came out and did it for $1,575. The price was obviously right, but the real reason I went with Paul was because he is a great salesman with the knowledge to back it up.

Great service - the guy behind the counter helped me find a better fitting than the one I needed, and it was cheaper than the one I had originally come in for. Kudos to Geers, it's where I'll be coming from now on!

I've bought a few parts here, including some $100 water filters that seem to be overpriced. However, it's hard to find them anywhere else, so I guess you're gonna pay. I have heard that this is one of the few places around that carries a large supply of parts, including hard-to-find items, so I'm sure they get a lot of customers.

Just want to tell you liked Jose very much. He was really pleasant and explained in detail what our problem was. We really appreciate Jose for being patient with us. We will definitely call Geers Plumbing when we have other problems

Walked in to retail location, waited for a while for someone to come out from the back. Store is like 1970's hardware store with long counter and one-way mirror. I explained problem with broken part regarding soap dispenser on the kitchen sink.

Absolutely terrible. I went in there to pick up something my handyman had asked be held for him (he called earlier in the day). Gil, the salesperson ignored me and made me wait. Once he finally came to the front he was rude, unprofessional, belligerent and nasty.

I've bought few faucet parts before here that were extremely over priced, but paid for the convenience. This time I dealt with a rude guy behind the counter. I asked him to borrow a pair of pliers or wrench and he claimed he didn't have any.

I called and asked for a quote to replace a hot water recirculation pump. Geer's quoted me $400 to $500 to replace it. They got here looked at it for less then 10 seconds and said it will cost $695 to replace it.
