We had a clogged toilet at one of our properties in Irvine. We searched yelp for a good plumber and selected Parzival Plumbing based on their reviews and we weren't disappointed. They were very responsive and reasonable with their pricing. Tanner was the technician that went out and he was prompt and courteous with our tenant and was able to resolve the issue quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Needed to have strappings for water heater checked to be sure it is up to the current codes. Carlos, who set up appointment( I called late Friday afternoon) was so Friendly, courteous and professional and got back to me when he said he would, by phone, text and email. Had schedule for Monday, he called me Saturday morning and asked if they could come out between 8-10am.

He text me a picture of Anthony, the tech who was coming out. Anthony was right on time, clean cut, professional, friendly and courteous. Anthony gave me an estimate right away via email. I will definitely call them back if I need the work done for the sale of my house. I had originally called Barker and Sons Plumbing. They had most of their techs on a big job and would not have anyone available until 6/21/22.

I needed my under the sink water filter system repaired because the water was no longer coming out. As soon as I reached out to Parzival for a quote, they immediately responded and asked Chris to come out the very next day. The service was really great. They were able to address the water tank and filter system issues and the water is coming out just fine now. I would highly recommend them and would use them again!

Please use Parzival Plumbing for efficient, ethical, honest plumbing needs. I called about 10 different plumbers yesterday for possible ceiling leak and they were the first to come assist. The coordinator Karen was so communicative and went above and beyond to help me get her plumber Anthony out to my unit today. Thankfully it was not a ceiling leak but something more that was cosmetic that neighbors above me caused. Anthony was professional, kind, and really went above and beyond as well. Our tankless water heater broke down and we had a few plumbing companies come out and assess the situation. All plumbers agreed our water heater had to be replaced. Parzival Plumbing offered us the best value and quickest turn around time. Anthony was extremely professional. He even brought his own door mat and put on slip on floor protectors. Job was completed on time and new water heater works great! Would definitely recommend.

I have used Parzival for 2 1/2 years. 2 weeks after we moved into our home, the toilets backed up. After having the Home Warranty company send plumbers out who told us we needed to spend 8k to redo the pipes to the street, I called Parzival and they inspected the line. All it needed was to be cleaned out. Recently, we had a sudden pipe break in our home.

We decided to repipe and go tankless. Parzival did a top notch job, were extremely professional and provided good value and a continuous line of communication back and forth! I would always recommend going with them!

We had a leak under our sink. Gunnar came out and quickly told me what the problem was and fixed it - turns out the cover on our air gap was loose so water from the countertop would drip down He did an excellent job and didn't make me feel dumb for the solution being such an easy one.

Parzival Plumbing did an excellent job installing our tankless water heater! It's that old story, my husband thought he could do it, but then realized it was more complicated as he went through the steps. We have used them twice first time was awesome, such great customer service, showed up on time, and pricing was better than all the other quotes we got. Second time around there were some communication issues with the person who makes appointments. I had to move around a lot of things to make it to the house at the specific time they provided, but they failed to make it clear it was a window of time.

They were running behind schedule which is normally not a problem provided I am informed, but when I have canceled other appointments and having kids melting down, its not easy. The owner personally called me and was incredibly empathetic, so kind, and genuinely apologized which is so rare in this business (it was hard to stay mad lol). His response to the matter was refreshing and I will be referring and using them again!

This company was responsive when I requested a quote and happened to be able to send someone out the same day. I appreciated that they were proactive in making sure my issue would get handled. Gunnar arrived and was extremely professional and fast. The quote was within my expectations so I ended up not shopping around and had a new garbage disposal installed within an hour of his arrival.

Before leaving he offered to take a look at any other plumbing issues I might have since he was already there. I appreciated the preventative maintenance approach and will definitely be using them again.

Not sure why they cannot follow instructions. They parked 2 Giant Vehicles in the driveway all day, 730am-5pm, where 20 Homes access their Garages. 2 "NO PARKING SIGNS", clearly posted on 6ft high poles. They LITERALLY PARKED IN FRONT of the Signs. Blocking half the width of the ONLY driveway in/out, and 50ft of the entrance's length, making it impossible or very difficult to get out of 4 homes garages. That's bad enough, but they also ran a garden hose, out of the upstairs window, into the driveway, with God knows what CRAP, Literally or Figuratively coming out, running thru the Entire length of the driveway. Where children and adults walk/play/drive thru etc. Terrible business practices. We will never use them again

Very prompt and professional. Had big drain problem on master bath sinks and called a couple plumbers with no call backs. Hit their website and started chat with their rep and had a guy out the next morning to snake the lines and all was as good experience. They know how to communicate and kept me informed by text and e-mail about the arrival of the technician. Very happy with the service.

I enjoyed doing business with Parzival. Their prices are competitive. They provide itemized estimates so you can customize the service to you own needs. I appreciate that they use a customer service support team to communicate with the client, leaving the plumbers to do what they do best. I do get the impression that Parzival is going through some growing pains (which is a good thing!) as they were quick to respond to messages, but it took some time to get follow through on requests.

I know they were dealing with some Covid related illnesses at the time, so that certainly could have impacted my impression. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Chris, Nick, Carlos, Thomas, and the rest of the Parzival team. I will definitely contact Parzival for future needs.

Parzival Plumbing was able to service our water heater quickly and efficiently. We first called on a Saturday evening. Since it was not an emergency, we scheduled something for Monday. The first plumbing service that we called, told us the earliest appointment would be almost one week out. Upon arrival, Tanner quickly diagnosed the issue and actually found a more serious problem with our water heater. Tanner quickly installed a completely new water heater and we were back in business. Tanner was extremely professional.

I had bad to an ok experience with couple of plumbing companies before I found Parzival. I must say they far exceeded my expectations and I encourage you to give them a shot. I texted Parzival Plumbing on a Wednesday afternoon about two clogged drains In my Master bath, sink and tub. The technician, Justen, arrived on Thursday afternoon and cleared both drains in less than an hour. He explained everything and put back everything under the sink and cleaned up so that you wouldn't know any work was done! I'm very pleased with the service and the price was fair. I recommend Parzival for your plumbing needs.

We had issues with our bathroom sink so we contacted Parzival Plumbing to get someone out. I honestly don't think we have ever received such incredible service from a home services provider. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to Thomas the owner and the technician was so friendly, accommodating, and professional. They even got back in touch with us to say they could come sooner than originally planned which rarely happens when dealing with these types of things. The problem was fixed in no time and at a very fair rate. Don't hesitate to use Parzival for your plumbing needs.

Thomas and his technician trainee came out early Saturday morning to fix some issues we were having with our sink. He and is trainee were courteous, friendly and kind. They kept me informed of what was going on and fixed the issue in less than a hour. I would absolutely call them again if I had any other issues.

Had a good experience. They came out and flushed my tankless water heater. They even help me increase the heat which was an additional service they did gladly.

Overall tech did a good job. I sent a picture of a valve that needed replacement and thought they would install on visit. They did not have the parts and had to come back next day. Install should have taken less than a couple of hours. However when job was just about completed tech burned a hole in valve casing. Had to go and get a whole new valve kit and reinstall. Tech was a professional, never complained, but job took much longer than it should. I was very appreciative as to how responsive the company was and worked us in during a busy holiday time.

These guys were great! They were very cautious of keeping our house clean, and took the time to repair everything well. The bathroom looks even better than it looked before they came.

Josh was the Parzival Plumbing representative who came to our rescue. This is the second time we have used Parzival and Josh was a strong candidate for the service man of the year! He was attentive, gave us a clear estimate after reviewing the problem (under the kitchen sink leak at the water supply side). We received a couple of options from Josh, and as we wanted to pick out the fixture to replace the one with the problem, we opted to have him come back.

He was able to reschedule an appointment for a few hours later. We picked up the fixture and right on time, Josh was at the door. He replaced the supply side valves (older and worn) as well as installing the new fixture in the kitchen. My wife is thrilled! I am pleased and will continue to recommend Parzival Plumbing to anyone who wants/needs a quality plumbing company!

We had an excellent experience with Parzival, and specifically with Tanner. They were super responsive and quick to get me on the schedule, and were so helpful, even more helpful than a few other plumbers I had called that just wouldn't help me figure out what kind of tub/shower fixtures I needed. My first company gave me a quote that was 70% higher than Parzival. The tech for that company was 4 hours Later than the scheduled time. So late that I got a second quote from Parzival. 2 Techs showed up. They were very professional and presentable. They gave me 3 different quotes and we're up front about issues that may occur if replacing the first component didn't work. I'm a huge fan of Ready Player One so it's Parzival for all my future water heater needs.

Amazing service and quality work. I called several plumbers to fix a leak in my bathtub, and they were all unclear as how to solve the issue. Parzival plumbing sent out Josh, and he was able to purchase the parts and have the issue resolved all in one morning. Very professional, informative, respectful, and responsive. I will use them again in the future without a doubt.

On Monday Justin came out to fix a clogged drain in our bathtub. He did an excellent job of analyzing the problem and clearing out the drain. He is very knowledgeable and polite and took the time to explain everything that he did to clear the clog. I am very satisfied with the job that he did. I've been a customer of Parzival Plumbing for quite a few years now and they have always done an excellent job for me. I definitely recommend them to fix any plumbing problems you may have.

Our upstairs shower wasn't working, and these folks came speedily, took care of the problem quickly and inexpensively, and gave us a good quote for some additional work we hope to do next month. Super friendly and helpful folks. Enthusiastic thumbs up.

Top notch! Would easily give the 6 stars! Kept me updated on arrival time (including a picture of the technician who would show up). Responses to messages were FAST.yelp says 10 minutes. I would say 2 minutes. Our plumber (Tanner) was professional, prompt, polite, competent! Work completed quickly. Will definitely call them again when (not if) I have another issue!

They also installed a full-house water purification system, an insta hot water dispenser, and helped prep the leak pan for my new washer that was coming in. They are very knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our home, and always explained everything they were doing. I really appreciated the office letting me know when they were about 20 minutes away, so I wasn't waiting around all day. They even hauled away all the boxes I had left over from the new toilets, faucets, and disposal. Very clean and efficient job. I highly recommend them.

We had an emergency and Carlos from Parzival Plumbing arrived within 39 minutes. He was very professional and was able to diagnose the situation quickly. It took 2 days to fix everything. But it was done the correct way. He was very polite and made sure to clean everything up. We will use them whenever we have a plumbing problem.

Carlos came out when my vanity sink started to leak, and found the right parts to fix our sink. He was kind, respectful and made getting the sink repaired so easy!

So for the record I did not do business with this place, but I would. I needed something done at my house that this particular company didn't do so when I called the owner he went out of his way to talk about this specific type of service and what I should look out for and who he recommends in the area that does it better than others. The guy I spoke with was awesome, he literally went out of his way to make sure I knew the pros and the cons of this type of job and I got a feeling that the person on the other end of the phone must really truly did care about his clients. This is not something you normally see from this industry and I was very impressed. When I need a plumber I will be calling this number back!

We've used Parzival Plumbing a few times for our house and their work, response time and communication is excellent. Pricing is not 'cheap' but no good plumber is. Pricing is fair based on their service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I had water leak under the kitchen sink as well as I needed the bathroom stopper to be changed with toilet minors. Chris came over and gave me an estimate to change kitchen faucet and the other two. His estimate seemed fine for three (3) items and it was less then $630 with me supplying the kitchen faucet since that was my choice. They worked for around 2 hours plus work. Chris was very courteous and clean.

He finished the job. Shortly after they left, I noticed water again. Chris came back quickly and noticed a plastic hose was leaking. He changed that without extra charge. Everything looks great. Since I read the reviews on Yelp, it helped me to pick them. The price was reasonable; workmanship was clean and well done and plumber was very polite and courteous. I recommend this company. We just bought a new home in Long Beach and of course we couldn't get the gas turned on because of a small leak. My wife's friend told her to call Parzival because they would get the job done right and quick. Sure enough, an hour later Carlos and Ivan were at my door and knocked it out in no time at all. Carlos was my tech today and he went above and beyond. He was very nice and got the job done quickly. He even helped me with a small issue in my bathroom at no additional charge. Parzival plumbing has come out multiple times for me and I'm always amazed at how quickly they are able to book an appointment and how friendly and knowledgeable the techs are.

I had a clogged upstairs shower and searched around through Yelp. Everyone at Parzival was very responsive and helped me set up the appointment easily. I had an appointment for the following day but they were able to squeeze me in same day on the urgency list between other appointments. Gunnar and Nick were able to get the shower flowing again in under 30 minutes, will definitely be using again. Well, hopefully I won't need to!

Great customer communication. Prompt updates on arrival time. Texted photo of plumber ahead of visit. Plumber was knowledgeable and fast in assessing and fixing our problem. Highly recommend this company. We've used them about half a dozen times over the past few years. Always superior service.

I noticed my water heater expansion tank leaking and reached out to several plumbers, not realizing that I had used Parzival before for an issue on my other property. While others either never responded, or wanted to book an appointment days in advance, Parzival came through and came out within about an hour. The two technicians were straightforward about diagnosing the issue, gave a reasonable estimate, and I went ahead with the fix.

A couple of hours later, I had a brand new expansion tank and the appropriate water pressure for my house. One observation -- both technicians were not wearing any masks, not a huge deal for my situation since it was an open garage with social distancing. I'm sure they had masks on them to wear upon request, but still it's something you figure they would do out of courtesy.

Tradesmen are classified into three levels of skill: apprentice, journeyman, and master. Thomas is a 'Master Plumber'! Thomas listened, asked detailed questions, and explained his recommendations in terms we could understand that helped us confidently make our decision. The quality of the work was excellent, and we are completely satisfied!

I would like to offer a heartfelt recommendation for Thomas Pangrazio, from Parzival Plumbing. Thomas was recommended to us a few years back when many of the neighbors in phases 8 and 8.5 figured out that we needed to retrofit the water heater to prevent major leaks, and we found his service and attention to detail quite outstanding.

Called Parzival based upon Yelp reviews. They confirmed they were on their way by text and continued that communication throughout the service call when they had to get a part off-site. First thing they did was to put down a doormat and put on booties when they came in the house and took equipment needed for the outdoor fix through the side gate.

Although Thomas Pangrazio is a top-notch plumber, he is, first and foremost, a fine human being. I have known Thomas for about seven years. Thomas is as honest, straightforward and hard-working as anyone I've ever known, and I guarantee you he'll do everything he possibly can to give you the best job at a very fair price. Bottom line: He'll get the job done, and done well.

All I can say is Thomas and his team rock. I used them for the first time on 8/25/15 and the service was outstanding. I had so many issues when I bought a vanity and with their patience and help we were able to put the one vanity in and then I had to go back to Home Depot again and get another vanity because of a problem on their end.

It's hard to find honest, quality workmanship. I have generally found my services from friends or family experiences. Thomas from Parzival Plumbing was highly recommended to me from a friend I trusted. Not only did he provide a clean quality job, he helped me save money with his recommendations. Wow! Thank you. We had a pipe burst at 4 PM. All plumbers said tomorrow. Thomas came over at 7 PM, capped the pipe so we had water in the rest of the house. Then his employees came over at 9 AM the next morning and fixed the leak and replaced the leaky pipe.

Best Plumber in Orange County. Thomas did an excellent job fixing our rocking toilet and replacing one of the leaking faucets. He had to install a new flange for our toilet, since the tile installation company only added a few extra wax rings rather letting me know I might consider replacing the flange in order to be taller and match the rise of the new tile.
