We had two new commercial doors installed at Union Pier Market. The doors are great. The install went smoothly. We had an issue with the door closer and they are comming to fix the issue without any complications on July 2nd, right before a holliday. The lady on the phone was very nice. I read some of the negative reviews on google and people need to understand that it's been extremely challenging for buisnesses in this area to find employees that want to work, and dealing with product shortages.

Everyone is short staffed and overwhelmed, be kind and patient. Prices can be high, but material and labor have increased over the years. They sell good quality windows and doors. Midwest has been around for a long time and they have also done great work at my house and neighbors homes as well. Thank you midwest for your great work.

Midwest Glass and Mirror installed a window for me 4 years ago, I had a pretty awful experience as far as customer service goes and previously left a 1 star review. I am changing my review to 5 stars after being contacted by Natasha, who was amazing in facilitating a time for John (owner) to come out and personally apologize for the poor service I had recieved.

He even came out to inspect my window and install new locks! I think more companies should take a personal approach at resolving issues like this, even for customers like myself, who may have "fallen through the cracks". It doesn't much matter how much time has passed, I am beyond happy to have gotten a follow up AND a genuine apology! Highly recommend doing business with Midwest Glass, they are striving to offer quality windows AND quality customer service!

Midwest is the BEST glass & mirror company in SWM. professional, honest, BEAUTIFUL workmanship. Due to covid i have to wait longer for my order, i know it is worth. Thanks to Bob, Chris & cant forget Kim in the office/dealing with "is my order in"

Midwest glass stepped in when my more local place gave me strange options for my glass shower enclosure. Professional, stuck to timeline given, great install. Understood needs of steam shower and options. Highly recommend. I am over an hour away and they came highly recommended even though some distance away.

Wow. Just called to request that someone consult with me on two custom showers in a new construction and the person that answered the phone did just about everything she could to discourage me from buying anything from them. It's just shocking to bet treated this way by a local business. Don't they understand "word of mouth?" Update 7-27-20: So, at some point after my initial call and the negative review, I was able to get in contact with a field sales rep named John.

He was great to work with and we got the showers done and they are nice. In addition, there were 5 custom mirrors installed that also turned out great. Some months later, John text me and asked if I would consider revising the negative review. I thought about it but, my experience with the staff answering calls from new customers did not change. Also, I asked if the staff member was still there and the answer was yes.

This morning, I received an email from an employee asking me to update or replace my review. I was planning to do that when I received a message from Google indicating there has been a response to my review. I read it and the owner is basically suggesting that everything is great now so, I guess no reason to revise the review. The work in our new home was complete well over a year ago.

I think if I was going to do a whole house in windows are a business I'd go to them they look pretty professional I see a lot of other work they do looks very good whirlpool and condos and everything else they use them

I've used Midwest Glass for several different projects. My most favorite is the glass railing around my deck. I love that I can sit on my deck and see my back yard through the glass with no obstructions. Their customer service is great and they are locally owned and operated. We love supporting our local businesses.

After having an issue with a small leak and speaking with the right person the problem was resolved promptly. We are very happy with our shower!

They put our shower in closer in very good quality. There workers are the best. We had a problem with door the came out an put a new one in. Thank you for being a good honest company. They are a 10 in my opion

Did a great job MAKING the custom shower. Now if they would only service it. We live in Chicago (clearly in the Midwest). But they've decided they no longer service chicago. Not my problem. You made it, installed it.
