Task Construction

Loser! Took off with $6k of our money and is no where to be found and not answering any messages. If you find him let me know. Sounds like he's scammed quite a few people.

After the plethora of storms last spring our finsished basement and downstairs bedroom had a horrific amount of water damage. The timing of the damage was also not ideal, as we had family coming to visit only a few weeks later. After speaking to Heather, she assured us that not only were we in great hands, but she would make sure that everything would be fixed and better than new in plenty of time.

Just as she promised, our basement was renovated days before promised and we couldn't have been happier with her and Jake's hard work and communication. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that is so diligent and one that eases your nerves at such a stressful time. I would definitely recommend TASK to any of my friends and family.

Unlike other landscape companies, TASK always showed up when they said they would, on time. They work hard to answer all your questions and have top quality customer service. My parents referred TASK to us, they as well have had nothing but a great experience.

My wife and I had a bad experience with TASK construction. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign the contract. Once the contract is signed, TASK will reduce the scope of work and blame it on miscommunication. From start to finish they continually lie and never meet the deadline that they stated. The material delivery was late.

The construction crew did not start on the day that they said. I took off a day of work on the day they were supposed to start and nothing ever happened. Once the construction did start, they didn't complete the work as promised. I had an old unused satellite dish mounted on the roof that I had clipped and removed the coax line. The crew was supposed to remove and discard the dish. Instead, they installed the new roof and mounted the dish, with no coax attached, back onto the roof.

It took several phone calls to several different people at TASK and 1 month to get them to come back to remove the dish and repair the holes in the roof that the bolts left behind. TASK also leaves behind plenty of nails in your driveway and trash scattered throughout your property. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this contractor.

Task has done work on my personal home and my business. They did an extensive, exterior remodel on my office and a minor repair to the roof at my house. These guys treated the smaller job with the same professionalism as my commercial property. It's hard to find contractors like TASK these days. Thanks again guys!

They didn't pay us for work we performed for them. Spent over a year trying to get paid and still nothing.

They reviewed our roof and were to get back with us in a couple days. It has been a month and no word.

Did a terrible job. No follow through at all. Paint all over the place. Still finding roofing tacks. Gutters filled. Gutter guards do not work and water barely come out. Rain barrel promised to be installed and never happened.

I had a previous contractor who would never answer my phone calls unless he was seeking payment. TASK has picked up the phone every single time I have called. They solved all of my issues promptly and I have recommended them to numerous co-workers and family members across Omaha.

Our rep from TASK Construction of Omaha was not pushy to get us to sign a contract. Getting our roof replaced was smooth and effortless thanks to their attention to detail and rapid responses. If I need anything else done to my house, I will not hesitate to call them again.
