I have called Express Air many times for service and every time that I have called I was give a time that someone would be there to check out your Heating and A/C. I want to say that after checking prices on difference services I found that Express Air had the best rates.

Called Express Air for a problem at a rental unit as I have used them before and all went well then (though in retrospect they did have to come out a 2nd time and charged me more). I had actually called the day before, but never got a return call.
