Berrett Pest Control

We've gone through 2 different pest control companies before contracting with Berrett. And happy to say we don't have to look any further. We've used them for the past year and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. I'm always impressed with their customer service and prompt attention to our needs. I feel like they put us, the consumer first, which is becoming a rarity these days.

Our technician, Brandon, is timely, helpful and always professional. But most importantly, solved an issue we dealt with for years when the other services couldn't. Highly recommend.

Jeffrey with Berrett Pest Control performed a very thorough extermination for wasps and ants. He covered all areas including the storage shed where a nest of wasps had developed. He was very nice and professional! 5 Stars

So far so good after initial treatment. We even wanted mosquito treatment and buckets they set out but we didn't initially schedule for that. We were able to call in whole technician was here and they both cooperated with saying this service that day. They made a way. I hope our relationship with this company will continue. They really appreciated our business.

We're very appreciative of our very knowledgeable serviceman, Tim. He's done a great job every time, and on the rare occasion that we do see something we didn't invite, he's gracious enough to quickly come out and re-treat our house. He's allowed us to really enjoy our new house free of ugly critters. The company, as a whole, is purely for their customers.

We did get someone once who apparently used the wrong type of sprayer to treat, and we were left with greasy puddles along the baseboards, kitchen, and bathrooms. We reported it to BPC. They responded by paying for a cleaning company to come to our house and completely wipe away the mess. That's incredible service right there! It's the kind of service that will always have our business.

Robert is not only a great technician but I would also say that he has become a friend. He's very trustworthy, knowledgeable in all things bugs and rats, and really gets in the head of those pests to know just how to treat my house. I had a HUGE ant problem that invaded my house and due to Robert's many visits, they disappeared. Unfortunately their great grandchildren seem to still remember where they summered. :- So Robert is back to evicting them so they don't make my house their summer vacation home. Love Robert!

Wow the service I received from Berrett was quick and easy! I called to set up a termite inspection of the home I am about to purchase and they scheduled me right away. They put me at ease and helped me with every question that I had. He went above and beyond and for that I am super grateful. Once I move into my new home I will definitely be calling for a monthly service. Felt more like speaking with family and I would definitely recommend! Thank you again!

Dan was very professional and drove many miles to check out our rat issues and advise on how to deal with the issue. Thank you, Dan! We know who to call in the future for more pest and rodent issues.

I really appreciated Dan coming out today. I had some shifts in my home since they last came out which made it vulnerable. He told me how to protect my house by making a small change that would be better done by a handy man. He found another place where something definitely broke in and fixed it. I had already paid for the exclusion process a while ago.

I appreciate that he didn't try to resell me the process. Said it wasn't needed. And there was no additional charge for today's visit (and yet he did help seal a new opening). Highly recommend!

Our service guy is jim and he is such a sweet man. he always take care of any problems that i bring to his attention during servicing our home. i really look forward to chatting it up with him about plants and pest. we have used berrett pest control for many many years and have been extremely happy with their service. i would also like to mention tyler, the customer service guy at bpc. he got late charges removed from my bill and figured out why my payments were not being automatically drafted. he was funny and got me all squared away. i truly do appreciate great service all around.

I spoke to the customer service manager shevett she was very rude and had a bad attitude. She didn't seem to care. I have been a customer for 10 years and if I ever had a problem it was taken care of right away. I asked her why she had a attitude and she said it's her job. I will be canceling service tomorrow.

Initial appointment was easy and painless. Sprayed inside and outside. Ants issues lessened but was not completely eliminated so called 3 weeks later, left a message - no call back. Called again few days later and was able to set up a 2nd appt successfully. I like that they call when they're on the way.

STAY AWAY! I signed up and everything was fine, they came when they were scheduled to, cool. I then got a new debit card, and cancelled the service, it wasn't cancelled, they continued to send me bills every month. Finally I emailed them again and asked them to cancel the service it was finally cancelled. THEN I got a letter telling me they were sending me to collections OVER A SERVICE THEY NEVER PROVIDED. I can't even imagine treating customers like this. I have emailed them again, asking them to reverse this decision. and guess what? No response. Horrible, stay away

Ricardo was very professional, kind, and respectful. He asked all the right questions to make sure he made the most out of today's inspection and treatment for us. Best technician we've had yet (all technicians have always been good though), thank you Ricardo!

Adam is the guy that comes and services our home. He's very professional, polite and friendly. Definitely glad we switched pest control company.

Worst company ever when it comes to existing customers. I have a bug issues that cannot be controlled because it's a worm. I.pay for a service that should keep all bugs out of my house. They will not do anything for me. I called another service that can address the problem. The customer service is horrible. I have been under contract for over a year now but once my contract went month to month all customer service went out with it.

These people are the worst customer service for pest control out there I've ever been associated with. They sell you a service tell you it's unlimited services then lie about what they've sold you to upsell you on another service for more money. I truly know there in violation of udap and I will be putting a report on the bbb about this company.

They have a very high turnover rate I've haven't seen the same tech come back in over a year. Trust me people I would hire well known company or give some other company my business before I hire these liars.

Robert always does a great job and is so friendly! He will come out as needed for emergency spider control at our lake house and we appreciate him!

Tim the technician is very thorough and does a great job. We receive the monthly mosquito treatment.

We just replaced TruGreen with Barrett. Thank you Barrett for being so responsive. You delivered the service within 48 hours of my contact. And the service rep was very professional. TruGreen's loss!

I've been a customer of Berrett Pest Control for quite a while now, and I can't think of working with anyone else. The technicians they send out absolutely care about what they do & treat your home as if it was their own. They know this industry very well, and their wealth of knowledge is incredibly useful. Not only have they provided excellent quarterly services, help fight off a squirrel getting into my attic, but most importantly, they saved me hundreds of dollars after I took advantage of their termite warranty services.

Never have I thought I'd have to deal with termites, but it happened, and Berrett Pest Control came in clutch to not only discover the issue, but also fight them off for good. Their technician Bill even came to my house on his day off to inspect the area after the contractors I hired ripped up part of my house. they really care, and it absolutely shows. If you're looking for a pest control company that is priced very reasonably & friendly, you've found them.

Mr. Bobby arrived promptly. In fact, he gets an A+ for letting me know he was enroute. He serviced all the areas I requested. I was a little apprehensive about treating inside, but he made me feel comfortable and wore his mask as well as quickly applied the treatment. Very courteous service. Thank you

Asya was great in receiving my call, ensuring my reason of calling was notated and great with juggling the service appointment calendar according to this day but not this time slot working or that time slot versus that day not working. And then when the tech came out, Kevin was the utmost professional. He always is and our recent service was no different. Kevin asked about our current situation and then explained the approach. Tim is the best. He works really hard and is always very sweet and informative when he comes to the house. It is great having one person who always services my home instead of it changing every time like with many other pest services. The email confirmation you received shows the tech and their photo for safety purposes and after treating you get a list of areas, how much spray and what types of bugs were found/treated for. They're great- don't hesitate to use Berrett

Can you say train wreck? Because if you say train wreck, you've said Berrett. From billing errors to sales scams to incompetent technicians, these guys take the cake. They showed up about an hour ago and said they would start on the outside and then they would treat the inside of the house.

The Technician arrived on time and began immediately. He took care of the outside while I hustled my dogs in. He explained how their services work and was very patient with my pet shuffling. We are rural and have just recently started to see mice.

Jaysen did a fantastic job exterminating my home. He was courteous, respectful, professional, thorough, and obviously takes pride in and excellence in his job very seriously. He is an outstanding technician, and I'm happy that he was selected to do the job at my home.

Kudos to the superb customer service received. at first from Robin, I called because I was behind on my bill and she treated me with the upmost courtesy & respect. She took time to thoroughly look over my account with me to discuss it, she was able to provide me with a treatment during this catch up time for me and I really appreciated her service.

Full on scam! Worst service I have ever received. I had more bugs when they were servicing my house then when I did not. In addition they never came at the time scheduled. No I am submitting them to the BBB for review as they have deceptive collection practices.

Edward is our tech. He is always timely & very efficient. He's always very pleasant. We had a previous rep for years & years & felt it would be hard to replace him. We had a few rocky months with other techs but couldn't be more pleased than we are with Edward.

We live further out from the city and have heavily wooded property with 2&1/2 acres. We used to see GIANT wolf spiders in the house, piles of doodle bugs and the occasional 4 legged rodent. We even heard them in the attic quite often.

They cash my check and had no records of it. When I called them the Llady identify herself as J (Is that a name?) told me it was my burden to send a copy of the check. I can see in my bank statement that they cashed it 3/18/16 it has being stamp by them.

Had been with Berrett for a few years with no complaints. In December our usual technician was given a promotion and a new technician came. We've had the same hollies in the front of our house for 8 years.

In response to my call regarding rat problem they spent about 2-3 hours sealing attic. Charge: Over $800.00. $250.00 per hr. seems a little much. Sent bill for service call to check traps when rat problem was supposed to be turnkey deal.

They keep calling my office soft phone while i am in the middle of conference calls. i have registered that number as do not call, so if i get one more call from them i will sue them for unwanted soliciting.
