Since 1960, peace of mind has been our business. Founded by Texas A & M Entomology Alumnus George Munns now owned and operated by his son, Kyle Munns and his wife, Lisa Munns. Kyle and Lisa were high school sweethearts. They both enjoy playing golf, tennis and fishing. They are native Houstonians and have resided in Northside Village near the Heights since 1991.

Kyle has been a licensed professional real estate inspector and a licensed certified applicator since 1990, and is the Owner and President of Dean Home Inspections and Termite & Pest Control Services. Kyle is a 2nd generation Certified Professional Real Estate Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and a Certified Applicator of Termite and Pest Control Services with the Texas Structural Pest Control Board.

Kyle came out immediately after I called him about the possible termites. It turned out to be carpenter ants but he was very nice and took care of our ant problem. He's quick and efficient.
