If I could do zero stars I would. They showed up 2 hours late and couldn't tell me what chemical they were using. From the guy in the office to the guy in my home total incompetence. After reading your response and looking again at my handwritten invoices would be more than happy to post a picture of it. Not even a technician name on it. He had long hair if that means anything. Also I'm still seeing silverfish
