Don't use this firm. They mislead you with promises and a 100% guarantee. After several months of dissatisfaction and dialog with supervision and team leaders, their only response is to come back and redo the house each time.

Don't use this company, don't call them, move on. They may be bonded and insured, but my wife is still missing jewelry, and my house is dirty. It's very sad how this franchise chooses to operate. They are never on time, never arrive when promised, and they use filthy equipment to clean your home.

If we could give zero stars, we would. The ladies who clean the home are very sweet and personable. But it ends there. They do a rush job that's not thorough in the least. Items went missing, broken and damaged.

Every time the 2 maids were cleaning the house they were in such a rush to leave because there office assigns them several homes on the same day, they end up doing a half way job to get out for the next house.

I use to work for Merry Maids and so i have behind the scene experience and from my perspective you do not want them coming to clean your house. Due to them paying their workers commissioned based, the job does not get as thoroughly done as it should especially based on the outrageous price.
