Had my AC unit maintained today with their Gold Club membership and the tech Daniel did a fantastic job. Very polite and informative and made sure all my questions were answered. Called to let me know he was on his way within a good amount of time. Not like some that say they will call you before coming but end up calling you when they are rolling up to your driveway or even worse just show up without a heads up. I highly recommend Star AC.

My AC unit quit on me on Labor Day and most AC companies were not open on a holiday. Star company was open and a live person named Larry answered the phone! He sent a wonderful tech, Michael in two hours. He was able to order a part and install it the next day. I stayed at a hotel overnight. I came home and found my house nice and cool again. Michael was very patience with me and answered all my questions. I am glad they have 24/7 service and holidays. Thank you Larry and Michael.

Star Air Conditioning is absolutely the best. Years ago, they took care of some AC issues in my first home. Although; I moved, I kept their information. Just Recently our AC was blowing hot air. We contacted them on a Sunday afternoon and our call was answered and forwarded to a tech. The tech called within 30 minutes, advising he would be at our home in 45 minutes.

He showed up on time and resolved the issue the same day. Star Air will continue to be my family's go to company for AC repair and maintenance. I recommend them. They are professional, transparent, and thorough.

This company sent a tech out to service our system. He said that our coolant was low and sold us the $270 package to recharge the unit. A week later the unit died completely. Upon calling STAR, the owner's son said that the tech had since been fired and that he should have informed us that systems do not get low on coolant unless there is a leak.
