I noticed my Trane A/C system had a weird humming noise coming out of my outdoor condenser unit. Worried that I would lose my A/C cooling on hot Florida days, I called AIRology right away due to their proximity to me and all the positive Google reviews. Called and Mark picked up immediately and he got a service technician to come out in less than 24hrs, even though they were super busy. Kay and Zach came out, diagnosed the issue, and provide professional honest advice not to worry and recommended on holding off repair in the near term. Both were very knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy. Look forward to working with them with any future A/C issues and would highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier! Airology has been caring for both of my 17 year old AC units for several years with prompt service, fair prices and professional technicians. I recently decided it was time for new units since I didn't want to wait until summer and face potential equipment shortages due to supply disruptions caused by the COVID pandemic. Within a few days of contacting Airology, I now have two brand new Trane units as well as electrostatic air cleaners and two HALO-LED UV purification units.

I love our new Trane systems for their efficiency, quietness and build quality. We also love the professional installers from Airology for their promptness, cleanliness and the care they took to make sure we had exactly what we needed and at a fair price. It was a job well done. Craig J.

Top notch service! A lightning strike nearby us caused a power surge that led to our A/C ceasing functioning. They came out promptly and repaired the damage. There were further unforeseen complications that kept it from working and they came back out and worked until they figured out the problem and resolved it without additional fees! They are amazing people who seem to really care about their customers. A++

If you're looking for a company that is honest, & genuine, Airology is there for you! We were dealing with a very dishonest property management & AC company that said we broke their compressor due to negligence of not changing something. I contacted Airology & they said that sounds incorrect and educated me to the best of their ability on what the issue could actually be.

I reached out to Jenny a couple times, and days later I was still having trouble with my unit. She was able to have someone come out within the same day! Their service tech Navin was absolutely fantastic! When Navin arrived, he diagnosed the unit and informed me the compressor was in fact not broken, and that my evaporator coil would need to be serviced.

I was so grateful, to find Airology by chance, and they literally saved us from having to spend hundreds of dollars on a problem that was never even one to begin with! The customer service of Airology is outstanding. I have never met a company or a team that is so honest upfront, straightforward, and real in the way they conduct their business. Jenny is fantastic at explaining things in a way to you that anyone can understand. Airology has not just earned our loyalty for this one occasion, but a customer for life.

This review is long overdue, but needed to be mentioned as this company gave us relief in a time of distress. For that, we can't say thank you enough, for the wonderful experience we had with you all!

We can't say enough about these guys! Mark Blaze did an amazing job taking care of us. Kay was our on site tech and had a trainee with him. I was super impressed with the way he took his time to explain what he was doing with his trainee, assuring me that he had been trained properly himself. They did a fantastic job and was priced very reasonably. AIRology is our go to from now on for all our AC needs! Thank you guys!

Just want to say I have received the best customer service care ever! Starting with John, We saw his van in front of a neighbor's house and took down the number. When we called we got to speak to Jennie. Jennie was awesome you can hear her smile in her voice. She walked us thought every step and is super knowledgeable of every service they offer.

I want to say that John came on May 10; he was courteous and knew what the problem was immediately after I explained what was going on. I will recommend to everyone!thanks again for such wonderful service!

As a scientist, I fell in love with Airology Heating & Cooling - The team here is well competent, skilled, neat, and trusting. The tech examined and diagnosed our terminal AC, and pronounced the inconvenient truth. Later, he installed the new unit. He did an excellent job.
