Very shady. had 2 repairs done. found out later the hard way. every other company in the area would have done the repair in a more simple way. i guess there strategy is to upsell everywhere they can. they also were late which cost me more time off work to wait for them. not cool Al. really inconsiderate of my time as a paying customer.

Art with Al's Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning was great! He was clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to show me and explain to me the source of the problem, impact of the problem, and possible solutions. They responded quickly and were able to get the work done fast. I'll definitely use them for any future issues!

I write to thank Art for being a great service agent! My father contacted Al's Plumbing (whom I think he has used forever). Our thermostat died. Art called, I was at home, and he was able to troubleshoot everything from the phone without a service charge. This is a lovely, legit, awesome company. I needed someone to look at water dripping from my closet ceiling. Home Advisor presented Al's. I contacted them. They came over quickly and "on time". The workmen were polite, competent and thoughtful about my circumstance and my budget. I needed a water heater. They had one delivered the same day, hooked it up and took away the broken one. The technician that came today was wonderful. I've used this company several times in the past and have never had any problems. Today, the technician really took the time to explain to me about my indoor and outdoor systems and what he recommends I do. Art was my technician. I highly recommend this company.

Called Al's plumbing for a new water heater. They gave me a quote over the phone which was the best price in town. They answered any questions I had and got back to me right away. They kept me updated when the plumbers were running late. Great and friendly service. Most importantly it was the price that they quoted. Will be using them again.
