Matthew Lacey did a wonderful job and is a pleasure to deal with. We discovered that there was an issue with one of the island pendant lights I purchased, so he had to make 2 trips to our home to complete the installation. Amazing customer service, highly recommend! I needed a plumber and was able to set up an appointment for next day. Receptionists were polite and helpful with my questions, and let me know when they would arrive. They came right out and immediately got to work. Bradley did a great job, after explaining our issues he knew right where to go to fix the problem, very professional and helpful with any questions we had for future maintenance as well. Blair and Francisco (his trainee) gave our systems a thorough once over and did some minor preventive maintenance. We had Phillip from Milestone come out this morning and assist with a porch light that needed some explanation on how it works. I live in an older home and knew the time would come when I'd have to address some electrical safety issues. Having recently become a Milestone advantage customer, I decided to take advantage of the perk for a free Safety Inspection. Alex arrive within 30 minutes of my arrival timeframe exhibiting the friendliest personality. After explaining the process, he got started.
After about 45 minutes, he presented me with his findings. It wasn't bad at all for a house nearing 40 years old. He, also, point out things which weren't critical which I should be aware. There wasn't any scary sales pitch just the facts. I appreciated his candor and insights. Looking forward to him returning to perform the tasks we agreed upon.

Been working with this company for my AC, electrical, and plumbing and have been very happy. Neil came out to help put in a new electrical outlet for my home office and was on time, professional, nice, and did an excellent job. He did a great job! I highly recommend this company for anyone needing these services. I also have their advantage and that helps save a lot of money on my AC maintenance and other services when needed.

Neil was excellent in doing a whole home electrical inspection for us. We had problems with our new build electrician contractors, so we called Milestone to come check the work the builders did. Neil was extremely thorough, and answered every single question I had. Thank you Neil & Milestone for easing our minds and doing such great thorough work! We appreciate you. Angel Balleza from Milestone did a wonderful job for us today replacing a leaking coil in our AC system. When he arrived, he told us exactly what he would be doing and how long it would take to get the work done. When he removed the old coil, he showed it to us and patiently answered our questions. His job wasn't complete until he ran checks to make sure pressure numbers were right and we were comfortable with the house temperature.
He cleaned up all his working space and nothing was left behind. We were very pleased and our home was at a pleasant temperature when Angel left, great job! Terry and Jeanie A

A/C broke down, temperature almost 100 and inside temp 85. While could not fix that day, parts needed, the very next day, personnel came out and installed new parts. It is working, yeah. I found Technicians to be excellent, as well as courteous, caring and effective in explains the process. Definitely recommend. One other thing, the personnel with whom I spoke on the phone were fantastic, even taking up my cause and ensuring that I would receive service quickly. Even called me back to explain what happening and assuring that Milestone would get things fixed that day, very caring.

I highly recommend Milestone for all your HVAC needs. I have used them twice now and I absolutely love their outstanding customer service they provided me. Everyone from the receptionist who answered the phone to the technician, were very friendly, professional and kind. Rolando Mojica was the tech that did diagnostic on my AC today and he was prompt to his appointment, communicative and very knowledgeable.
I appreciate his thoroughness and due diligence in finding the issue with my AC. Both times, I've used this company, they've proven honesty and integrity and their prices are VERY reasonable too. I had them out for a quiet to run power from the house to a workshop and while there discovers that my 30 year old panel was a pretty big fire hazard. I had wrong fuses from past work that were arcing and melting the bus bar. I have them coming out to replace the whole main panel I a few days. The came out yesterday and replaced my main panel and did an outstanding job and quicker then I expected! I highly recommend them to any and everyone.
