I din't have any issues with the roof itself but when I went to sell the house 3 years later, found out the permit was never closed. They did send pictures to the city but I had to pay the permit extension fee of $250. I also had to call the city 10 times, schedule an inspection and handle everything myself. They claimed they were too busy.

However, the estimator for A.C.E.'S Roofing not only delivered an estimate but went above and beyond with multiple estimates that included detailed descriptions of what they offered and the benefits of each product and service. The clarity and professionalism set them apart from the beginning. This professionalism and service continued throughout the entire process.

They were very reasonably priced compared to the other estimates we were receiving. They took the time to address all of our co-op questions, giving us advice about the roof going forward and they were accommodating to our schedule. I would highly recommend using them.

They were very responsive when we had a problem during this last heavy rainy season and in fact, were the only company to return our call and deal with the issue right away. They put on a fabulous roof on our commercial building. Supposedly very reflective from the sun's UV rays. The workers there were very professional and highly trained and skilled. Wonderful work. Thanks again.

After getting many bids and talking to a lot of roofers, they came out on top. The work was done on time and the job was high quality, no cutting corners, Pricing was very reasonable, and the workers were very personable. They answered all my questions so I always knew what was going on. Quality product, Quality work, Quality price. I love our new roof.

I hired them to put a new roof on our home and it was a good experience. The initial meeting with the sales guy was great. They explained everything that needed to be done and made us feel comfortable with the process. They gave us a good price and delivered the final product on time and didn't leave a mess.

Great workmanship. The quote was accepted and the roof was installed. True craftsman and did a great job. They actually came out twice as after the first installation I decided to add some additional side coverage. The finished job looks great.

ACES Roofing replaced my roof and I am happy! From start to finish it was a great experience. Chris did my estimate, he explained everything and was very polite and knowledgeable. The office staff was courteous and kept me up to speed on the process. I was impressed with the workers, they were quick but efficient, they replaced my bad wood from a leak I had and gave me photos of the bad wood for my records.

I had an issue with some of the shingles afterwards not looking as new as the others in a small section, a little faded looking easily missed if you weren't staring at the roof for a bit and Chris came back out, listened to my concern and then had them replaced right away. I would recommend them and I do? Two of my neighbors used them after I did and were happy too!

I worked with A.C.E. Roofing a couple years ago to reroof a rental house. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. I found the customer service excellent. The crew took extensive photos for insurance purposes also.

Horrible customer service! It is raining now and I have a leak in my addict and the women stated an appointment can not be made until next week. My leak is present now and could be doing water damage as we speak.
