I found the most BEAUTIFUL tile at this store. I was referred to them by the vanity store in the same complex. The women that work there are true designers and will help you pick the most amazing tile and help your dreams come true. I worked with both of them on 2 different occasions.they will pull stuff and make magic happen. The selection is very good with a lot of unique tiles. I can not wait for my bathroom to come to life. Thank you European Tile Art for seeing my vision. I am so happy and without your design help I was lost.

I was just almost run over by your driver license plate 62563t1 European Tile Art vessel # 342689 at 10:30 on Wednesday 5/13/2020 On Encinitas Blvd and Calle Magdalena. I had to drive onto the curb divider to avoid him demolishing my car. Told me f off.

My interior designer brought me here, while she walked me through 99% of the project, there were a few loose ends I had to take care of through out the project, the staff was so helpful and accommodating to work with me and my husband, loved working with them and would feel confident going back to them with or without my designer.

Can't say enough good things about Candice and Trish, we have a 1914 craftsman and the previous owner had redone the original fireplace with 90's marble - we wanted to take the fireplace back to a period appropriate craftsman style. Trish and Candice came up with a wonderful design that looks like it's original to the house, it's beautiful! - we're very happy, highly recommend this company!

Great working with everyone at European Tile Art. Didn't need to hire a designer--Candice was terrific, and IS a designer!

As a designer, European Tile Art has been my go to place for the past several years. I've come to rely on their huge selection of tile as well as the staffs' expertise, not only for products but for design as well. The team is always mindful of my client's budget, and if I'm short on time they will choose several options for me.

This is a huge help and saving towards my client's project. The staff is always friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to help accommodate any special request I may have. I couldn't be happier with the great group of employees and selection of product. I highly recommend European Tile Art.

To the crew at European Tile Art, Candace, Shea, Trish and Elle, thanks so much for helping us to design and choose the tile that would fit our budget and our style, which was a pretty tall order. Either way you really helped us with our vision and the bathroom turned out amazing. Thanks so much for taking the time and care to work with us, save us some cash and turn a hideous 60's bathroom into a real nice mid century modern gem!

I have been in the tile business for 27 years and I send clients through the doors of tile stores on a daily bases. Not ever have I been treated the way they treated me. I brought a piece of stone in from a competitor and asked Trish if they were competitive with they're pricing and that I believed the stone was the same. She was totally rude!

I think Shane or Shey is his name, Came out and told me I can just go back to the competition! I asked if they purchase from Arizona Tile and Trish said no as she was removing Arizona Tile invoices from her desk! Unbelievable! I was told this guy was an owner. Again, unbelievable! A few words were exchanged before Candace came out (another owner) and saved the day. Trish and the guy owner should thank their lucky stars that they have Candace!

I won't even go there to pick up any orders, I just pay my coworker to do it for me Beware, they wont take any material back either! Even though they are the ones who may have over ordered, etc. Beware, the prices are way over inflated and they will claim it is because they have better quality material than the competition. Whatever! I could go on and on.

The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because Candace seems to have good knowledge And takes some pride in dealing with the customer Otherwise, I highly recommend going ANYWHERE else to purchase tile or stone for your projects!

I don't even care to go into detail about my interaction with them. But when a guy utters "It's not worth my time." Then I take my business elsewhere. And I did. Down the street to Unique Stone Imports.

The tile we ordered is great.once we finally got it. It took 3 months! This is ridiculous for tile. No where on the invoice does it say the delivery date, so I called to find out. I was told by Trish that the expected delivery date was weeks out. I was shocked especially considering that we were told when we ordered it that it would be 6-8 weeks. I don't know if the place is dishonest or just arbitrary.

This caused major scheduling delays with our contractor who was nice enough to come back and do the tiling. Then, the shipping cost was off the charts. I don't know any other business who makes the customer pay for the shipping. This should be incorporated in the already expensive cost of the tile. I would definitely say that ETA needs to get their facts straight and put the delivery date on the invoice and act like the customer is more important. It took my contractor to go there for them to finally take me seriously.

We were referred to Trish at European Tile Art by a neighbor and have no regrets. Trish was helpful and professional. Once she knew what style we were looking for she was able to focus us on those choices. Otherwise it can be overwhelming. Since we did not have a designer Trish helped us out with what we needed to look for. For instance she suggested that we use schleuter for edges since we have a mid century home and wanted clean lines. Once we decided on the tile she was able to handle further orders/changes by phone and via email.

Our company has used this wonderful "hidden" store (you'd never guess that it was a tile store from the outside) for the last couple of years, and we've received consistently great service and fair pricing from Candace, Trish, and Shay. Along with standards like Walker-Zanger and Jeffrey Court, they have a really nice selection of 1920's Cottage tile, Arts & Crafts tiles, Rustic California Spanish, interesting glass tiles, and unusual handmade ceramics.

Of all the 12-15 trades we dealt with for our remodel, this place was the most dishonest. Watch out for extra "set up fees" and large amounts of over-ordering! You will end up with a lot of extra expensive tile you cannot use -- even though you have told them up front the measurements and exact specs for your job. Rude people too.

This shop and the service the staff provides are super. Although we live a long way from it, it has been worth the drive. The selection is enormous. We first came here looking for a specific, unusual tile we has seen in someone's house. This shop had it plus hundreds of other unique tiles to choose from. The showroom is spectacular and full of ideas. Candace has been patient and very helpful as we work our way through all the decisions and design choices in our bathroom remodel. She drew up several potential design patterns that our installer can follow. Over all, the shop has provided a very positive experience.

Just bought a small amount of tile from ETA so far. All 3 of the people here could not be nicer and more helpful. Even though my order was so small (floor for a powder bath), they were very accommodating. One of the owners even took the time to discuss a problem with tile I bought at another place. I plan to do more business in the future with ETA and refer them to friends. They care about their customers.

I have used European Tile Art for several projects including 2 bathrooms and, more recently, the kitchen backsplash. My favorite part about ETA is their incredible ability to help with selection and the detailed design plans that are developed along the way. Other tile stores help navigate the tile choices, but European Tile Art actually sketched out my designs, alleviating the need to get a contractor involved early-on. Quantities were spot-on and the process was incredibly fast.

As well, the design plans allowed me to get competitive bids which were firm, rather than estimates. Of course, the rest (price, quality of service, features of showroom) were super important to me and I found European to be on par or better than competitors in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend European to anyone who wants a large selection, great design and competitive prices on their job!
