Seal Systems will insure that your new tile installation is properly cleaned and detailed prior to sealing of the new grout. Seal Systems uses the finest premium quality breathing penetrating type grout sealer available.
Saltillo Tiles

Saltillo Mexican Pavers are by far the most popular type of Mexican Paver. Seal Systems cleans and seals or strips and seals Saltillo Pavers far more than any other type of Mexican Paver. It is crucial that the Saltillo Tiles be properly sealed to protect the integrity of the soft Saltillo Paver. Sealing the Saltillo Tiles will help to prevent staining of the tile.

We are doing a kitchen remodel and were considering replacing the old tile floor. Tyler was at our home the same day I called, and his guys, Fabian and JD showed up the next morning @ 8:30am. We were hoping Tyler's sales job on the final appearance was half as good a he said, we would be happy. Completed exceeded expectations. Estimate was reasonable, much better than the nationally franchised carpet cleaning company gave us a bid. Both floor and grout looks new. Very uniform results and process is pet friendly. We will check back in 6 months and let you know how it is holding up. Highly recommend!

We had orange/red Saltillo tile in our guest house office and wanted a matte black stain. Tyler gave an honest and reasonable bid and stayed true to the numbers. Overall we are happy with the stain work. We would've gone with five stars but the crew was a little sloppy, requiring us to repaint some base boards, door work and cabinets.

I had old Saltillo tile that had layers of old stain and acrylic varnishes that had been chipping and fading over the years. Tyler and his partner worked hard to strip all the grimy layers and bring the tile back to its original state. Then they applied an entirely new stain that makes this old tile look brand new again. Surprisingly this process did not provide the level of fumes involved because he uses a proprietary blend that works better than most. I am delighted by their work and would highly recommend their services.

Tyler came out and did an amazing job on our floors. My husband was skeptical of having them serviced at first, but now that he's seen the finished product and how brand new the tile looks, he's a believer! Tyler was on time and professional. He walked us through the process and set realistic expectations from the start. We'd definitely use him again. Highly recommend!
