Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness This company is horrible. They don't communicate and they not 24hrs. Been calling all day and they still haven't come to fix the toilet and bathtub. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND STRIPPED OF THEIR LICENSE.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value Tried to get an appointment to do work at my house. Took 3 weeks to even get date/time. They NEVER call you. I had to do all the calling. The day of the appointment I called to verify they were coming. Was told they be there after lunch. No one ever showed or called. So after wasting a month on them I will use someone else.

Critical: Professionalism Refusal to wear masks on multiple occasions, used a second bathroom while doing work on the other bathroom, urine was all over the toilet and dirt was in the sink. Service: Unclog drain

I had two awesome gentlemen (Mike and James) come fix my plumbing issues at midnight and they absolutely reassured me that they were going to take care of me and set my mind at ease because I'm a OCD case and water everywhere and backing up was driving me insane.they got the job done in about 25 minutes and I never had an issue again. I recommend these two guys.they are beyond knowledgeable and very professional and if I can recommend more than 10 stars I would.

I called them to come out and they said they will be out there and never show up I called again the next day they said the same thing and never showed up it took them over 3 days to get to my place if they told me a date and about the time I wouldn't be upset but u told me serval time they were going to be out there and never show up this a poor customer service

These Folks went to the max to assist us with a repair to our sewer line under our house. They gave a quick estimate while they were here and the repair was done quickly. The ONLY reputable plumbing company I was able to find with affordable rates and quality work. I was quoted $390 from Stemmle plumbing for the same job these people did for $150 and came out the next day. Extremely easy to work with, quick service, professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend them!

Their ad is misleading because they do NOT work on weekend and some weekdays apparently either. I had a leak and called them on Friday and was told to call back on Saturday only to be informed that I couldn't be seen until Monday. Also that the estimate would be 78.00 dollars so I said sure what time? They informed me they would give me a time on Monday.

So I am inconvenienced the entire weekend only to find out that they could not send someone out until Monday. So, Monday rolls around I never receive a call from them so I call. I called and inquired what time could someone fix my problem. I was then informed that all service technicians are on call and that they could not provide me with an exact time because they never know how long and assignment would be.

She then asked what time could they send someone out. I had a prior appointment with a client so I asked could someone come after 3pm I really need this problem resolved today because of the leak. I was then informed that someone would be calling me after 3pm. So I waited until 4pm and started to get nervous because I know most companies close early but I was assured that my problem would be seen today because they are a company that works around the clock.

So at 4:15 I called them back only to be told that the service technician that was assigned to my house went home and I would have to reschedule tomorrow. No sorry for your inconvenience, discount offer NOTHING! I told the customer service lady that this was unacceptable and that I couldn't take another day off only to be told rudely "thought you was off work?" WOW!

I have NEVER DEALT with such an unprofessional brand in my life. I would strongly recommend you don't waste your money and from the look of the other bad reviews and customer service posts I can see this is nothing new with this company.

Was great. Technician called me when he said he would. Both techs that arrived to time to ensure that they didn't bring in mud or hit the walls with equipment. Took the time to explain everything to me and even let me look at the camera. Highly recommended and will use them again!

They were able to source and install a new water heater for me in less than 24 hours when mine died when no one else could. Kenny was awesome! Will definitely use them again!

I live in an apartment so my maintenance man called them at 8:30am & they were at my house within an hour. The two plumbers that came out were friendly & they explained things to me as they were working & they also asked if I had any questions. Very EXCELLENT service! This company was referred to me by a trusted contractor. They were on top of their game! VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELIABLE and resolved all of my plumbing issues. I will definitely use them again!

Kenny Jr. and Kenny Sr., Vice President and President of A-Hampton Roads Plumbing did some drain work at Goodman Glass today. Both were great, very knowledgeable, un-clogged the drain quickly. I highly recommend them.

We called the after hours service at 5:30pm. We had our septic tank coming through our toilets and showers and we could not use them. They said they would be there soon. 7:30pm come by nothing called said we were on the list and they would be there tonight.

Returned from out of town family business, to find the trifecta of drains: bathtub / toilet / washer - blocked. I did what I could, to not avail. Help arrived - 2hrs later - in the form of Joe. He got right to it - problem solved in under an hour.
