Business closes for lunch 1-1:30. DID NOT ADVISE OF BUSINESS CLOSING FOR LUNCH on their website. I drive all the way up got here at 1:01 pm now I have to wait 30 minutes just for screws. They saw when I pulled up and immediately locked the door. So unprofessional! My apologies wrong Lazaro fencing. The one I went to was in pompano beach. So I will add stars for the business Being attentive.

Customer service is horrible. Called several times and the call kept dropping or so I thought. So finally called again and spoke to a lady who transferred my call once again and another lady answered. This lady was rude and did not want to help me at all, insisted in me going personally to the location vs helping me over the phone. She was rude and very unprofessional. I've done this before but never with this company. Bad business. One star because I can't select 0.

Best store in South Florida for fencing supplies. They offer an excellent selection of professional services and products related to fencing. This is the place to find professional fencing products. Prices are very competitive and significantly lower than home depot or lowes. The store employees are all experts and very professional. I found them to be very kind, professional and honest. Mr. Carlos the dispatcher is an excellent professional and the father of an American hero and war veteran. We thank him for his service and sacrifice for our country. This is a fantastic store.

When I asked about the grade of the wood to make sure that it is code as per listed in permit from my city; the lady put me on hold and after a wait another woman's voice told me that they were out of wood. So in other words they did not want to sell it to me, I guess they did not want to be liable for the quality of the wood since the code requires 2 grade or higher. Go to Anchor, Jose was very helpful and verified the grade of the wood for me.

Great service! We have been in this location several times and they are great. We decide to do everything ourselves, but order here all of our materials and supplies. It's convenient and cheap in comparison to having a company building a fence/gate for you. Good quality products delivered to you at an extra cost if you don't own a truck.

Great selection, excellent pricing, but customer service is average at best. They have a no return/no exchange policy which means you cant cancel your order even if they fail to deliver what they promise. That was a concern since this was my first purchase from them and it was a major expense. They promised to contact me when my order was ready for pick up.

That call never came, so I had to call them. Their phone system is a bit frustrating and you don't know if you're on hold or the call dropped because of the silence on the line. After 5 mins on hold someone told me they would call me back. My expectations were low that they would call me back but a few mins later they did call and my order was ready for pick up.

My experience was primarily positive, just be aware of their no return or exchange policy, which the clearly displayed on signs in the store and on your receipt. I would recommend.

Look no further if you need help building a fence. They carry the biggest array and most fencing supplies available for immediate pick up in south Florida.
