Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value We've used bulldog several times over the years for gates, fences, stairs, and railings - and will NEVER do business with them again. All around bad experience during our one year ordeal replacing a gate. Do your research and go with someone else. Services: Custom fabrication, Chain link fence installation, Automatic gate installation & repairs, Iron fence installation, Ornamental iron fence design & installation

Critical: Professionalism, Quality This company is ran by crooks, be very cautious if doing business with them. They put a lien on the property before they finished the job. Once job was complete they received Payment with in 12 days. Jimmy the owner is shady, make sure you check with your city for any leans on your property. Services: Wood fence installation, General repairs & maintenance

Contacted Bulldog to fix and move a section of my fence. They were very communicative and helpful with the permit process, scheduling and any issues along the way. As I was not present when the work was done I asked for pictures of their work. I am still waiting. Weeks after completing the work. I had a neighbor inspect and send me photos. The work looks great.
Maybe I will change my rating when I see the work for myself. Also I don't know if it's industry practice. I feel final payment should not be made until final inspection is passed. Which we did with flying colors.

I have an appointment with them to do the estimate at 8am on Tuesday, at 8h15 a guy (Austin)text me he will be at 8h30 because heavy traffic and he show up at 8h45. I have to work at 9am :(( At the time estimate the sale man (Austin) seemed thoughly uninterested in talking to me about my project. I think he had something better to do. After 2 days i don't see any quote or estimate price yet so i have to call the company and they gave me the number of him and tell me call him.
He said still working on it and will send it later or lately in the morning tomorrow. Now the end of thursday i still don't see anything yet so do you thing i should calling back? I wonder know if i realy in the contract how delay i will get with this company? I saw some reviews and i not the first person got same problem about the estimate quote. So Definitely they deserved for 1 star review for a mix of annoyed i got. Thank you.

This company was hired through our pool company to install our fence. One of the gates was not fastened properly and it became damaged in a storm due to defects in installation. We were well within our one year warranty and have been fighting for two weeks to get them to honor the warranty. Bulldog claims my fence was damaged due to a landscaper, even though my entire property is astroturf and they refused to send someone physically to my property to look at it in person.
We expressed our concerns about young kids in the neighborhood being able to come into the property and it was a severe hazard. Bulldog didn't care. They also tried to trick me into offering the latches to repair for free if I hired my own person to install. However this void have voided my warranty on the fence. If you have kids or will have kids using your pool, consider another fence company that won't leave you in the same situation as I.
It's your money and you can ask your pool company to use someone that stands behind their product. For $200 in labor costs, Bulldog has chosen money over saving the lives of kids where a fence is so critical. It's very disappointing.

I wake up every morning, sip my coffee, and gaze out at the eighth wonder of the world in my back yard. No, I did not steal the Great Wall, although the craftsmanship of my new fence from Bulldog makes it seem like I did. The install crews were professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. The office staff was extremely accommodating with my schedule, in addition to any schedule changes due to the heavy rain that occurred the few days before install.
The entire build process was carried out with precision and care that made installing the new fence a breeze. I would definitely recommend Bulldog to anyone who is thinking about replacing or installing a new fence. If there was a question on Jeopardy about what fence company I would use again, the answer would undoubtedly be "who is Bulldog Fence."

This company is negligent has no regard for customer safety. They were hired by property management to replace a fence along the property line. They took it down over the past week and left the debris in my front yard. Today a HURRICANE is set to hit my house head on and the loose fencing is still in the yard. Thats 200 lbs of missiles waiting to be launched by 50 mph winds directly into my house or car.
The owner was contacted yesterday before end of business and refuses to do anything until after the storm passes. This guys is a real piece of work. I would call him a devil, but at least the devil would have lied to me.
