I had a good experience with this company. I received the lowest quote among the 5 companies that gave me an estimate, and they do not charge anything additional for permit, only the price of the permit. Unlike many companies that charge an extra $200 for a runner when they actually submit everything online. The permit was approved quickly and the job was able to start weeks ahead of time. I was kept informed of every step via phone calls and emails. Everything was done perfectly and the city easily approved the fence.

What an amazing job! Better than expected! I am so happy. The workmanship is perfect and they are very attentive to calls and emails. I was referred by a neighbor and I'm so happy. Even through the pandemic they were on point, responsibly of course. They also knew that I had dogs and my biggest issue was not having them be able to escape (they like to do that).

So they made sure the fence was right to the ground and no holes, etc. I'm so appreciative of the attention to detail for my specific needs. I wouldn't hire anyone else. Definitely use Saylor Fence for your fence or gate needs.

We had ppl coming on our property which is unsafe cause we have a little one. So I called Saylor Fence and I spoke to Laraine and she explained how to get started and what we will need to do. She had her nephew come to give quote and he's very kind and professional. Also, Don and the other gentleman that was with him. They finished everything in few days and we also needed an extra piece my husband wanted to add to fence so they came out placed it in 15mins. We are loving the privacy the fence gives, and security. We recently had a fence installed in our backyard. They were punctual, came out to give us an estimate when they said they would. The installation required trimming back my neighbor's hedge, which worried my neighbor a bit. Don, the owner, came out on a weekend to smooth things over. That's going above and beyond because he certainly did not have to do that. Laraine was very responsive. Permitting was all taken care of for me.

After installation we noticed we were missing a cap for one of the gate poles. Don came out the next morning to replace it with a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend Saylor Fence!

We just had our fence installed and we love it. We have a few quotes done and Saylor had a reasonable price, but most important to us was that sales person was very helpful and patient (we had many questions and changes) they did the job when promised, we had an issue, with something not being done as we wanted, but they fixed it. Highly recommended.

Very happy with my final product. The sales person (Ryan) came at his scheduled time, gave me a quote on the spot, and then followed up with engineering specs for the PVC fence I requested so I could compare directly against the other quotes. Installation took a few weeks extra but we had Hurricane Irma happen and I know a lot of emergency repair work had to get done (NEVER BUY A WOOD FENCE IN FLORIDA PEOPLE!). The install crew put in 172' feet of PVC fence in about 7 hours and it's perfect. Very happy and I'd definitely recommend Saylor Fence.

My original fencing "professional" (who were not licensed) did not use enough concrete to hold my gates. When the issue was brought to their attention they said they would fix it. Two months later they didn't and became extremely rude and hostile. I called Saylor Fencing Inc. who came out and professionally and inexpensively fixed the issue. The city just passed their inspection of my new fence constructed by Saylor Fence's crew. From beginning to end my experience with this company was very pleasant. I made an appointment to get a quotation for the job and have some questions about my boundaries answered. My appointment was as scheduled and of the 4 other fencing contractors that I got estimates for, Saylor came in with the best price and were the most knowledgeable in terms of supplying me with the necessary information in order for me to make a proper decision as to whom I should choose.

Everything was explained in detail and I decided to give them the job. I was given a timeline for them to submit documents for the permit and they kept me informed as the city had a slight processing delay, due to heavy workloads. I was emailed when the permit was ready and was promptly called to schedule the work commencement date. The crew came in as agreed and everything went as smooth as possible.

All they ever needed was electricity and water. They took about 4 hours on the first day to measure off, line up, dig holes and cast the posts in concrete and about 5 hours the next day to complete the rest of the job. My fence was roughly 64 feet, including 2 four foot gates, and 3 corner posts. After the fence was completed, it was due for inspection and I missed the inspector the first time, but the staff there notified me and rescheduled an inspection appointment for today, which was passed. Saylor Fence Inc. is a great fence company and I'm very happy that I chose them!

I forgot to leave a Review but better late than never! Very Professional, and very patient crew! it took a lot of time to get an HOA permit approval and then we had to postpone the installation for a while.

This family run company is attentive to customer needs, flexible and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone in the Hallandale Beach area. The whole family are considerate and friendly and very hard working, including engaging us at each step of the work to be certain our expectations were met.

Don't bother calling. Surly, uncooperative and misleading. A couple of weeks after the fence was supposed to be installed, we were given one days notice that they were coming. Since that day wasn't going to work for us, we were told that we would have to wait another 2-3 weeks.
