Ours is a wooden fence that was 17 years old and not repairable. I'm a landlord with properties in 3 states so I'm no stranger to fencing issues. The fence Linmoore built is outstanding, it's the strongest wood fence I've seen. Pressure treated posts and all other wood with ground contact is redwood. The fence is beautiful. Fencing isn't cheap even if you just buy the prefab sections at a big box store - which isn't close to a fair comparison. For upcharge to this type of quality the price is an excellent value.

Product was good. Gates are high quality finish and openers they recommended so Far much better than expected. One issue remains with a poorly installed gate I am seeing if their customer service will make enough effort (one trip maybe an hour of work) to make the installation to my satisfaction. If so I would say 5 stars. If they don't stand by their work and require a service charge then I will revise my rating here and yelp downwards.

This is what sets apart local guys is good service for satisfied customers. UPDATE: Jay and team did come out and ultimately fixed the issue at no cost. It was not an easy discussion or given easily and things got a little warm during the 'discussion' so I'm not changing my rating I but do appreciate the end result.

Quoted me $6000 then said they forgot to charge me for the gates After all done and said costed over $12500 Fence is not strong and contracts are not clear Do not recommend these guys

Do not hire or enter a contract with Linmoore Fencing. I spent $23,075.00 for 405 lineal feet of railing on the decks at my home. Within two years the railing started to rust. Within three years, the rust became significant. I called for help; Jay didn't take my call. I was told by the receptionist that they would not be able to help with the rust problem.

I am now talking to other iron work companies for help. It appears that the solution will be very expensive. I made a huge mistake and have major regrets because I used Linmoore Fencing.
