This review is to retract my initial review. Originally we had a problem with the installation and it was out of warranty. With the Covid 19 it was difficult to get a hold of someone who could fix our gate. We finally contacted someone and they came out and completely repaired the gate to our satisfaction. We will continue to do business with Ornamental Iron. They do honor their contract and standby their work.

When we decided to have a security door installed, we wanted to use a local company rather than one of the large chain stores. We chose Ornamental Iron Outlet and we are very happy with our choice. We were greeted by Gina at the store and she was very nice and helpful. Ditto for Scott, who came to our house to show us all our options and measure the door. Finally, Dennis and George came to our house to install the door and they did a great job. They were very nice and the door looks great.
