I was bullied and harassed while employed there. Threatened with gun violence and even rape. One employee posted my past and address on flyers to intimidate me. The owner Dave, witnessed all of this and chose no action. Do yourself a favor and find someone without 95% negative reviews and who employs someone other than idiots. Save yourself the headache.

So we booked an auto-cover maintenance appt. They wanted to charge my credit card in advance and initially objected and told them I wasn't comfortable because people have a tendency to not show up. She insisted they would so I paid in advance.

As a novice pool owner I've found them to be really helpful. Plenty of free advice, water testing etc. Whenever I have an equipment issue/need I go to Dom Marcum's because I know it will be done right and on time.

Incredibly unreliable and disjointed. We used this company for two seasons to manage our pool. First of all, they just fail to show up regularly, and sometimes they try to make up for it by showing up on the weekend.

We've been a customer for 22 yrs. and can testify that they are a quality company. I have always received great customer service. I have a complicated pool design with multiple water falls, integrated hot tub/jucuzzi, floor cleaners, LED lighting, etc. and it's unrealistic to not have a single problem over a 20+ yr.
