My wife and I purchased our pool from American Pools ten years ago. From the beginning they have provided great service. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, With their water testing program we still have the original liner and the water is sparkling clear all season long. I have had my in-ground pool swimming pool from All American Pools for 11 wonderful years and due to their service it is just as enjoyable today as when it was first installed. When it comes to customer service, the staff at the American Pools store on Ohio Pike can't be beat. They are very knowledgeable and with their help my pool water is always clear when opening the pool in the spring, I have never had an algae problem in the thirteen years I have had my pool. It is hard to believe my pool was put in thirteen years ago.
