They were accommodating when I detected some mold from a leak in our basement. The technician was very knowledgeable, came out to take a look, and was very honest and helpful. Fortunately, the mold issue didn't turn out to be significant, and their guys were knowledgeable about how to approach it and if they needed to escalate the mold issue or not. Job well done.

Austin Water Damage is a great company to work with. They took care of the bathroom's water damage and ensured everything got dried out before they left my property. The workers they sent out were excellent, explaining everything they had to do. For example, evaluating the scope of work that needed to get completed and getting the floors and walls all dried out after the water flooded my home. This company delivered terrific customer service the entire experience.
