Worker arrived by himself. When asked if he moved the furniture (loveseat and two recliners) and then used styrofoam or equal to put the furniture on after cleaning, he said he doesn’t move the furniture, he cleans around it. I have never heard that from any carpet cleaner. He proceeded to go over the carpet very quickly, not trying to go over dirty areas repeatedly. When finished, the carpet still showed dirty areas and streaks. He did a staircase in about 10 minutes. Worst carpet “cleaning” we’ve ever had. Never again for this company.

I was so happy with my experience with Xtreme Steam. I had purchased a Living Social discount coupon with another company to clean the vents in my old Denver home. They made me wait TWO months, then cancelled on my repeatedly. Because I have a small baby and our vents were dirty, I didn't want to turn on the heat until they were cleaned out.

Xtreme joke, that what this company is. The glorified secretary that schedules the appointments is a disgrace to the human race. The customer device is horrible and they have a hard time telling time.
