I'd give less than a star if I could. Two ladies came to clean my home yesterday, spent most of their time talking on their cell phones than actually cleaning, yet tried to charge me extra for going over the seven hours they had originally estimated. This would have been fine if the cleaning services were done well, but they were sub par at best. I had to clean over what they had "finished" myself.

The ladies were still cleaning as I left my home last night (we haven't moved in yet) and to top it off I arrived this morning to my front door completely unlocked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had chosen Denver cleaning group based on the website description of a one time "deep clean" before our newborn arrives. In a string of bad luck, my car window was smashed and my purse stolen, with all my cards, and a decent amount of cash. I had to cancel the cleaning a week prior to our set date, as I now had to pay for a broken window, new ID, wait for new credit and debit cards, etc.

My one star comes from this. As a "baby gift", a family friend was trying to surprise me by paying for the service, by having my mother ask about it to get the name and contact information. Next day she calls me, very frustrated that she wasn't able to surprise me because Yelena had no recollection of who I was, or what I wanted done. She accused my friend of trying to scam her by being a marketer.(what?!

She was trying to PAY you). She was disrespectful and rude. Now, after reading other reviews, which I should have done in the first place, I'm glad we have decided to go with another company. Do yourself a favor, and stay away.

I was referred to Yelena by a neighbor who has been using them for a while. I am not sure why the other reviews are not more positive, but I have had nothing but excellent service delivered by Yelena's crew. The price I was given for my 3,900 sq.ft. home was fair, communication with Yelena is easy, the cleaning crew always arrives on time, and the house is spotless when they leave. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Denver Cleaning Group.

Owner is Yelena and she is a horror to deal with. She quoted me 250 and tried to charge me 400. Had to haggle with Yelena on the price over the phone as she aggressively told me her unrelated story of immigration and told me about her family and how she does not play games, in addition to putting me down verbally because I was a young man.
