Advantage Tile & Grout Cleaning

Owners are nice people and responsive. The price was expensive for the work that was done and we felt some of the things we paid for were not done. Work performed was average and in some cases we had to go back over some items the next day to clean up caulk and silicone that was on glass, tile and frames.

Very satisfied with work quality and price. In his first visit to provide an estimate Josh explained not only what needed to be done, but also what results we could expect on the tile floors and counters we wanted restored. The work done to restore/clean stone tile work in our master bathroom left the place looking 100x cleaner. The restoration to granite counters left them with a glass-like finish. Wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

Josh and his crew did a terrific job restoring old stone floors on a client project for my interior design company. They successfully replaced cracked tiles using tiles taken from an inconspicous place which was a brilliant solution. They also replaced cracked grout, closely matching the color of the old grout, so we did not have to regrout the entire floor.

Finally they deep cleaned and resealed the entire floor. Turned out beautifully! Expensive but worth it. Much less than the cost of a new floor, plus it preserved the character and patina of the old stone floor. Channah Grace, Owner of Grace Interior Design Boulder, Colorado

The business was 5 star on a number of levels. 1) They honored a quote that they gave me back in March, 6 months later because our income was temporarily impacted due to the economic impact of 2020 lockdowns. 2) They were very flexible with regard to my choice of tile. They made recommendations but let me pick out my own tile without suggesting a change order to the quote. 3) They made it a priority to keep my house clean while they were jackhammering out old tile and concrete. 4) The were obsessive over details like an uneven shower ledge from previous work and matching grout color to existing tile.

It's one of those companies where they do such a good job that you feel they under quoted you and yet you feel compelled to leave behind a generous tip. Thank you again, Advantage!

Very happy with the work that Josh and Joe did repairing/replacing some of the tile in our shower, and custom-cutting a beautiful stone window ledge as well. Josh is always smiling and a pleasure to work with. Kudos to Emily too!

I contacted Advantage for a variety of tile and grout replacements, fixes, and cleanings. At first I was very impressed the speediness of receiving a quote for the work, as well as, availability to come out and complete our little projects. The first visit was okay. The worker completed what he could within the time he was at our house, but on the second visit work was less than sub-par- incorrect caulk colors, grout colors, and major caulk separation.

The owner then came out to inspect the work and was quick to get us rescheduled to have it redone and fixed, he even fixed one of the smaller projects himself. The third visit was even worse. Caulk was poorly done and grout colors did not match AGAIN. We settled on the poor work, but within 3 weeks the mismatched grout started chipping. I sent a text message with images to the owner with no response.

After a week, a voicemail was left with no response. I was initially impressed by the owner, but would absolutely NOT recommend this company due to the poor workmanship and inability to stand up to their work after a few weeks!

Josh & crew did a great job on my master bath. 15-year-old white tile & white grout (well, it was SUPPOSED to be white, under the black and the yellow and the green stuff, ugh), so it definitely needed some professional care. Looks amazing now, like new! Great guy, great job, great results, great price. Very happy.

Josh did a great job on several tile problems - severe calcium deposits and cracking grout - that other tile companies didn't seem to know how to handle. He is reliable, hard working and honest. Highly recommend him.

We moved into a nearly 40-year old condo and the bathroom tile had not been truly cleaned. It took 10 hours for this company to clean our shower! But, the end result was amazing! We have had, as some do, some really awful contractors, but this choice turned out to be way beyond our expectations. Very pleased!

Josh and his team did a fantastic job with our tile. We had our bathroom and kitchen floor tile and grout cleaned, repaired and sealed. We also had our bathroom tub cleaned and re-caulked. Josh did an outstanding job on our kitchen and master bath. We needed the soapstone countertop re-caulked after 10 years. Turns out the sinks needed it too. The irregular spacing made the caulking very challenging, but Josh put in the extra time to make it right - and did not charge us more than he estimated. I really appreciate good, professional workmanship - and Josh has my full endorsement.
