They are very quick and responsive to my requests to set up a cleaning in my home. The cleaners always arrive promptly and are very thorough. I can leave special requests for extra cleaning in certain areas and they never disappoint. If an area is accidentally forgotten or not up to standard, they will send someone out immediately to fix it. Highly recommend!

I have never been compelled to write a review here but this is my first. The service received from Mile High Maids was awful. I wouldn't even call it a service. The scheduling was very easy and arranged via text message although I was never called to get billing info or to confirm my service so I had to reach out to make sure they would be at the home.

I scheduled a move out clean and carpet cleaning. The maids that showed up were on their phones the entire 2.5 hours they were there and all they did was mop, sweep and clean a couple of mirrors and two sets of blinds. They missed an entire room, didn't touch the ceiling fans and didn't even clean the countertops. I paid 139.99 for sweeping and mopping!

I wasn't given any reason, just an I'm sorry text and a discount. Thanks for the discount but still 139.99 for nothing seems like a rip off. Then the carpet cleaners showed up the next day and their machine broke 5 minutes in. We were not home and instead of calling they left a note. We wasted two hours thinking they were cleaning the carpets before coming home and realizing that nothing was done.

I realize that the machines break but you don't have a back up plan? Our house went on the market following all of this so I had to scramble to do all of the work myself that I had paid for already. Not worth it. I wish I had read the review before hiring this company.

These reviews are typical of this company. There's always a reason they can't clean something but they charge you anyway. If you call the owner he screams and calls you names. Then he tells you your house will get his equipment dirty. Hmmm it's a cleaning company.

Please know that this company does not know how to preform adequately as a house cleaning service. I asked to have a clean out for my brother-in-law's apartment as he was moving out. It was a surface clean only. The shelves and drawers were a hit and miss job, the window ledges unwiped, there was smudging everywhere, and edges and corners were totally disregarded.

I asked the cleaners to rewipe some things which they complied. I have been in the business for 20 years and I know clean and this service has a lot to be desired. The toilet was the worst. I wish I could post a picture. I could absolutely not leave a toilet in that condition and say I cleaned. I asked them to please use a pumice stone to scale the calcium deposit and they did not know what I was talking about.

I called the owner/manager(?) and she had never heard of a pumice stone and didn't seem to be a bit interested. I feel cleaning is an art, it is the next closest thing to a person's body. I feel bad when cleaning is passed off in this manner. The cleaners did not have adequate equipment or skills to do the job.

I've never taken the time to write a review but our experience was so awful I feel compelled to share. We paid over $300, including tip, for a move-out clean. They sent two cleaning people who were supposed to clean 3 bathrooms, 4 ceiling fans, window sills & tracks and the kitchen. The house was vacant with fresh paint and carpet so should've been fairly basic.

We were told many things couldn't be cleaned but guess what now is clean. Everything they told us they couldn't get clean is now sparkling thanks to our hard work. The move-out package included the inside of all cabinets and drawers.none of them were cleaned. Grime was left on all the bathroom fixtures and after one swipe these are all now clean. Not one ceiling fan was touched. Do NOT waste your time and money on this business. Their work, if you want to call it that, is disgraceful.

Do NOT use this service it is a waste of your time and money! I received service from them and I payed for 4 hour only got 3, then she she left out a bedroom and bathroom. Didnt clean good or thorough at all! Called Staff was rude and very unprofessional. They cancel my next cleaning without even letting me know. I called they wouldnt answer the phone and when they did I asked why it was canceled and I didn't receive a notification? I was told, "oh well find another service!" Don't waste your time or money here.

My boyfriend booked it for Friday. When 3pm rolled around and no one had showed up, he called. They said it was for Saturday. It definitely had been scheduled for Friday, but we tried to work out Saturday. Then, the owner said they don't even do cleanings on Saturday. They had already charged his credit card, so she refunded him. That was the least she could do. I would have offered a gift card.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not only did they do a terrible job with the cleaning, Lisa's customer service was horrible. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I hired them to do a move-out clean on a house I was putting on the market. I specifically requested that they also clean the fridge, oven, and windows, all of which cost extra. The first maid that came didn't do anything.

It literally looked like she hadn't even been there. Not only did she not sweep, mop, clean the shower, dust, etc, she also didn't even touch the fridge, oven or windows. So I left several messages to ask them to come back, but Lisa never returned my calls. I had to keep calling until she finally picked up and I could talk to her in person. She did send another maid the next day, and that person did a good job on the fridge and oven, but she did an absolutely terrible job on the windows and she didn't do any of the other things I specifically mentioned hadn't been done by the first maid.

So basically the only thing they did was clean the fridge and oven. I called Lisa back to complain and asked her to send someone the next day to complete the services I paid for. I specifically asked her to call me back so we could discuss the services. Not only did she not send someone to fix it, she also never called me back, despite repeated calls.

I ended up having to do the cleaning myself, which took several hours. I may as well have taken my $200 and flushed it down the toilet. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Please do not hire this company! They will take your money and not do what they promise, and then they will not return your calls when you try to get them to make it right.

Scheduling was easy, and that was about it. I asked for them to come over at 2pm for a move out cleaning of my house. I received a call at 830am asking if they could come earlier, and suggested 10am. Not living at the residence, I had to drive across town to let them in, thinking they may go above and beyond since I helped them out. The lady I spoke to on the phone went to a wrong address 30 miles away.

She was an hour late and they left a half hour early. They did a poor job cleaning, missed window sills, there was still debris on the floor, and clogged my drains and left them. Didn't even bother to complain, because based on their standards I doubt they would care. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

We hired this company for a $240 full-house move-in cleaning. They were supposed to vacuum, sweep, dust, wipe out the cabinets, wipe the ceiling fans, baseboards, and clean 3 bathrooms. As others have said in their reviews, this wasn't a matter of them doing a poor job - they didn't do the job. There were so many places that clearly were not touched: * dust in all the cabinets * spider webs in the shower * dog hair in the bathtub and on the floors and even some cabinets * sticky residue in cabinets * when i ran a paper towel over the baseboards, the paper towel was grey with thick dust We called to complain. Lisa offered a one-hour "touch up".

They called the morning of that appointment to say the employee was sick. We rescheduled the touch-up. They did not show up and never called. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They are not BBB accredited, but at least a complaint will be logged. They don't seem to care too much though; Lisa was incredibly cavalier about the dissatisfaction of a client who had just spent over $200.

I saved photos of the state of the house as well as paper towels i used to wipe cabinets and baseboards as evidence of the employees not doing their jobs; Lisa had zero interest in any of this. This does not appear to be a matter of incompetence; it is closer to a scam of a company.

I am 8 months pregnant and hired Mile High Maids to come clean my house since it's getting to be a bit much for me. I have wood floors on 2 out of 3 stories of my house and it did not get mopped, which is a really big task for me to have to do on my own. Also, they told me that they could not clean my fan blades because they didn't have anything to clean them with without dropping the dust.

My large area rug in my bedroom did not get vacuumed, and they did not dust under my beds at all! I emailed asking for a refund of some sort and of course heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed and will not be recommending them to anyone!

I hired Mile High maids based on a google search before I looked at the YELP reviews. BIG MISTAKE. They were hired to come clean the house for 4 hours; she stayed 2 1/2. They charged me $139.95 to clean and Was no where near my vision of clean and then she had the nerve to tell my husband she thought I'd be really happy with what she'd done. OBVIOUSLY her version of clean and mine are different. She didn't move the couch cushions, she didn't dust, she didn't clean on the other side of our stationary bike. What a rip off.

These people are morons. My boyfriend and I hired them to do a move out clean of our apartment and they didn't even finish the job. They apparently "ran out of time, " but didn't bother calling either of us to let us know. Then they promised to come back two days later to finish and didn't even show. Lazy morons. Don't waste your time and money!

Very easy to work with. If you schedule an appointment, they arrive timely and conduct themselves professionally. They do a great job on carpet cleanings for a reasonable price.

I've tried several different Denver house cleaning companies, and MHM has definitely done the best job. The maids are all polite and friendly, and the customer service is great. I hired Mile High Maids for a move out cleaning several years ago, and they did such a great job I set up a regular schedule at my new place. I've tried several different Denver house cleaning companies, and MHM has definitely done the best job.

No show. No explanation after I called to reschedule for the job undone.

BEWARE! I could have done a better 10 minute job than they did. I hired them since they had a decent rating and now I wonder if they pad their reviews. They were hired for a move out clean. They didn't clean the tiles, didn't wipe the drawers, didn't do any baseboards or edging on carpet or floors, didn't even attempt to clean the blinds which I specifically hired them for.

They were going to have a manager call back, never did. I called the number on their site and I was told not to bother the guy that answered on his cell again? I was told that "we clean every surface we can reach" and that 'you don't pay until you are satisfied." They ask for a card for the reservation and then charge it without any approval from you.

When I stated that I wasn't satisfied and that I was not supposed to pay until I was satisfied, I was told "you giving me your credit card number is all the approval I needed." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not at all wanting to remedy the situation. DON'T USE THEM unless you like paying for nothing.

I called Mile High Maids and they were able to come the very next day at 9 am. It only took them 3 hours and my 2 br apartment is totally immaculate. I even checked random things just to see like the top of a picture frame on the wall and it was spotless. Great price as well. They went above and beyond.

I hired Mile High Maids to clean the apartment I was moving out of. The maid showed up 45 minutes late and then left after only staying for 50 minutes (I pre-paid for 4 hours and she didn't clean ANYTHING in those 50 minutes). I called the company repeatedly throughout the day and after 3 hours, finally got a hold of someone. After they spoke with my maid they told me she felt sick and thought it was okay to leave because "she didn't think anyone would be home all day." Instead, I had to take an entire day off of work to wait for her and ultimately clean the apartment myself before the next tenants moved in that afternoon. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Unfortunately we did not check yelp before hiring Mile High Maids to clean our empty rental property as it seems I have to agree with the previous reviews: minimal cleaning was actually done in the house. No baseboards or walls were wiped down, areas of the floor were untouched as well as the windowsills, just to name a few things. This company is definitely not worth the money or the time and I would never consider hiring them again.

I hired 2 maids for 3 hours to clean my daughters house while we were out of town for her wedding. They didn't even sweep under the couch which was the only piece of furniture in the living room! We called to complain. They offered an hour which beats nothing but. Save your money.

Had 2 people come for 3 hours, and they did not clean a single thing. I even paid extra for the fridge and microwave and nothing was clean. There were cheerios from the people who lived in the house before me on the kitchen floor. There was dust on the blinds, the doors, everywhere. They were terrible, and I called to complain and they never did anything about it even though they said they would. These people must have hired people to write nice things about them. Worst cleaning company ever.

This company is terrible. The first time they were out they didn't wipe all the oven cleaner out and what they did attempt to clear out all landed on my pans in the drawer below. Window sills, picture frames and my wine rack were not dusted. She went outside to smoke and threw several butts in my street and left them there. When I called and complained, they agreed to come back out at a very discounted rate.

The second time was even worse! She mopped without sweeping first and left the wet mess all around the edges of the room, only vacuumed one room, left a puddle of bathtub cleaner on the floor. She left 1 hour before she was supposed to, without letting me check her work. When I called again, the owner told me I had recieved exactly what I had paid for both times and didn't see what my problem was. I wouldn't allow this company anywhere near my home if I were you!
