Do not trust these people. This company uses unethical practices to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. First of all, their customer service is terrible. The owner never returned my calls even though my furnace urgently needed repair.

Just my luck - Sunday, before the holiday my hot water heater started leaking. Association would not do anything, I was told there's no maintenance on holiday weekend. I called North Park HVAC and hoped they can come Tuesday but to my surprise they were willing to come on Memorial Day! Super accommodating and professional!
