UPDATE: After some tribulations, I got a call from a manager who promised to make it right, and did. ==== I scheduled a filter clean for Saturday; not only a no-show but a no-notify either. Fine. Reschedule for the following Saturday and this time it's not just no-show but nobody picking up the phone either. Rescheduled again for the next Saturday, but apparently the tech felt like doing it on a Wednesday instead. He also thought a filter clean meant a pump backwash. Charged me $120 for a 10 minute task that I do every month anyway.

Assured they could service our pool and had an appointment for over a week. The day the tech is to show up (mind you we called the day before to confirm-again assured we will be serviced) get a call stating we're too far out to service. They couldn't figure that out a week and a half earlier? The laziest, most ridiculous people to try and reason with.

After we call today asking why they couldn't figure out we to far to drive to we're told by the "manager" Jason "you're too far, we're not coming out there." And hangs up on us. Unbelievable.

6 weeks of poor communication and multiple service calls where nothing more than replacing a $1 O-ring got accomplished. Their reps and techs were pushy and inattentive and when I finally got a bottom line out of them on the third service call it was stupid expensive. $540 to replace $160 worth of filters I can order on Amazon. Nooooooooooope.

Very Good. I had never used this company before. My pool had started to turn green with algae, Texan Blue came out and gave me a recommendation about how to get it fixed. and keep it fixed. That did a great job. Thanks

I recently had a billing discrepancy over a coupon; however, the owner resolved it immediately. It is awesome to see a business stand behind their reputation and do the right thing. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Doug maintains our pool in TOP shape! He's always on time and always professional. The thing I love, though, is the fact he's a dog lover and takes great care to ensure our dogs are always safe! (We had issues with other companies in the past not closing the gate properly and the dogs getting out.)

Asked for a quote to replace a EZ Touch Controller, they wanted to charge a $95 service fee without even going to the property. Before providing a quote, they asked for my credit card information to keep on file. The estimate they provided included $800 for parts, I found the same parts at Leslie's for $385. I moved on.

I continue to have a great experience with this company. Texan Blue has serviced my pool for over 2 years, and, in that time, I have been very happy with the service provided. The pool technicians seem to be knowledgeable (.i frequently ask them questions about pump run times, what different valves do, etc.), and the company overall has been very quick to respond when I have other maintenance issue (usually sending someone out the same day I call).

Do not use this company. I signed up at the beginning of Jan 2016, and today, May 4, 2016, I cancelled. It was four months of bad services. The "Basic service" cleaning is $35 to just dump chemicals in the pool, backwash the filter and do NOTHING else. A waste of money. I complained, and was convinced to switch to the "Platinum service" which would supposedly include everything.

Three weeks after switching to that service, the tech was still doing the basic service, but the company was charging me for the Platinum. I complained every week after these mistakes and nothing was done. Not to mention, their monthly invoicing is a mess! They will try to make you put a CC on file so that they can pre-charge you for this sub par service. Do not fall for that! Take your business and hard earned money elsewhere.

They didn't provide the service promised. $55 a week and they didn't brush the sides of the pool, the chemicals were out of balance (which I had to fix, defeating the purpose of paying then a premium rate), and the pool guy took my pool brush.

I don't recommend them and I quit using then after 5 visits and reviewing the security cam video.
