Florida Roof Tech

Today I saw a company truck crash into the bollard at Chic Fil A and then take the turn and almost hit me and when he tried to leave the facility, still couldn't pull out of the parking lot without backing up to straighten out. I advised the employees to watch out since something is clearly wrong with his driving skills. And at the next light he was sweet enough to roll down his window and yell at me if I had a problem with him. Not sure if this is your owner or an employee. But not a good look for your business.

Read the fine prints, IF A LITTLE STORM PASSES BY YOU HAVE NO WARRANTY.I was told all roofing companies do the same, well I just need a leak fixed and I just wanted them to fix it knowing that I had to pay. I called Roof Tech to re-roof my entire house, my roof was more than 25 years old. During Hurricane Irma, the roof incurred several leaks. Although I had the leak repaired, but one leak was difficult to repair. I had already spend couple if thousand of dollars for repair work, but to no avail. So I decided to re-roof the entire roof. I called several roofer.

But when I called Roof Tech, Peter came to my and went on the roof and measure and inspected the roof. I explained to him about a bad leak the roof have. He explained to me the material they will be utilizing. By this time I had learned quite a bit bu watching utube videos. Roof Tech quoted me decent price. The workers who came to work were like team work.

One team to remove the tiles. Another team came to install the materials. The work was done like a clockwork. Couple of times I had to call the company main office and dealt with Paula, she was very helpful in resolving any issues I had. Considering the project, there was some timing issues due to heavy rain. My main concern was resolved, even Peter came to my house and explain that the leaks will be resolved. I will surely recommend Roof Tech for any roof repair, re-roof work.

I got a quote from this company for a new roof. We must have been having two different conversations. I wanted a quote for a metal roof, and what was sent to me was a quote for a shingle roof. A single line with only a total for the metal roof was included, no particular information pertaining to the difference of installing a metal roof. I pointed numerous times to the metal roof across the street from my home and said that's what I want.

I'll be updating this review and also adding reviews elsewhere around the web as my experience with Florida Roof Tech continues. For now I will rate them as good, until I have reason to do otherwise. Update: I had to call them last week and was told the permits were all in order and they would contact me soon to schedule. I was promised that this roof would be finished before Christmas.

I called to get an estimate for a property in Miami. I live out of state and, because of that, they would not even look at my leaking roof. Really? I have never heard of a business that won't take your money if you live out of the area.
