I wish more people would ask me about roofs so that I could recommend M. Romero Roofing. The office is professional and responsive and got started on our roof asap. The guys who installed the roof were extremely quick, efficient and friendly. The whole process was completely seamless. This is a family owned and operated business and they definitely made us feel like family.

I mean there is a reason why this business is been around since the 70's. They are really professional and transparent. Whoever doesn't give this company 5 stars is either because they are completely spoiled and think that money can buy always their way or simply they don't have a good taste about what is quality service. This company is no " a ghost company" that is around today and tomorrow who knows. There is a reason for them guarantee their jobs. If you need a new roof or a repair don't waste your time calling someone else.

Roofing Business with disrespectful and inconsiderate foreman who was disrespectful to women publicly while providing horrible service. They were rude and unprofessional. I came outside to smooth over the hostility and was called inappropriate names and then dismissed. Contacted the business however Maria was understanding and professional.

Only use this company if you can wait 3 months. The staff onsite does not care about you and if you ask for updates, they will get irritated with you and tell you that "You are just gonna have to wait. We cant give you estimated times". I guess they dont know how long their own work takes? Once I asked for a refund when no progress had been made after a month, they suddenly DID do the permits and also had shingles on hold, so I'd have to pay $600 out of my deposit. Worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Critical: Professionalism After the visit they requested a deposit and work would be done within 10 next days, we paid deposit and now 20 days later, the job is not even scheduled because "it depends on the weather". Very bad customer service. Refund requested. Look for another more professional roofing repair.

Great company! After getting estimate after estimate from several roofing company I chose MRomero roofing! They are reliable, willing to answer all your questions and most important affordable. They did my whole roof after severe damages caused by Hurricane Irma. I am very pleased with the work done and my roof looks fantastic! Will 100% use them again in the future.

I recently had my flat roof cottage re-roofed by Romero Roofing. I am very impressed by the workmanship and quality job by its administrative staff and the field workers. Also, the field workers prepped the sight for minimal damage/spillage of tar or any other roofing material that could stain or cause issues to the exterior outside flooring. Highly recommended for quality roofing. I give them 4.5 stars.

From random price changes to failing to take responsibility for a crooked beam they installed, this business should be avoided at all costs. Buy a tarp at Home Depot and you'll have better coverage without the hassle. There were three price changes on the amount of plywood that was needed. I had to argue my case each and every time-apparently counting is not one of their fortes.
This was finally corrected once the final bill was paid. After they installed a crooked supporting beam (and I brought it to their attention) they emailed me stating that "it was not their responsibility." Really? Not responsible for your own work? After much nagging and withholding final payment they hired a third party to replace the beam. This was done correctly, however the crew jumped over the fence to repair the beam after they were told not to go since there was no one home. Needless to say the alarm was tripped and the police showed up. Incompetence all around. Go get that tarp now- I wish I had.

Very shady company. First, their estimator was supposed to call the next day to schedule an appointment. They didn't. I had to call the next day. The estimator then called and said that he would be there the next day. The next day, the estimator came by. He measured. Gave us a price of $2,700. Said he would email it to us. The next day when we called to find about the estimate, he said the price would be $5,000.
He said the reason was that when he went back to the office, the materials would not have access to the back of the house, and everything needs to be wheelbarrowed. He told me that he would come to explain. When he came over, he said that it would be $5,300 now! He gave the same excuse about having to wheel barrow the materials. Then he said, "Listen, I don't want to lie to you, I measured it wrong." Then he said (and this is the kicker), "Thank God that you didn't agree yesterday (to the $2,700) or I would have gotten in trouble.
Thank God." I told him that was the worst thing you can ever say to a customer. That you messed up and that you are happy that your client did not accept your mistake. I am giving them one star, because I have to, not because I want to.
