In the past my experience with roofing companies have been horrible. The service provided by Z Roofing in comparison was excellent. A coworker recommended Z Roofing when I needed to get my roof replaced. I worked with the sales representative George Borges who coordinated the job beautifully. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew worked straight through to get the roof done and they did an excellent job despite the poor condition of the roof.

They were friendly, courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Z Roofing to anyone who is in search of a roofing company. I also want to say a special thanks to Tao who came out Saturday and took care of an issue no problem

I have dealt with many roofers in the past and Z Roofing is like no other. Very professional and punctual. I just finished working with Z Roofing to replace my roof & the level of service they provided was incredible. From start to finish it was probably the most professional experience in construction that I've received since purchasing my home and completing renovations. I signed the contract right before the holidays, they had my permit approved within a week and started working the following day.

It took them 3 weeks to complete everything from requesting permit to final inspection by the city, which is exactly the schedule they had given me. They really exceeded my expectations, especially considering it was the holidays and the horror stories I have heard from others regarding backorders and materials. They will not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and it is absolutely worth every penny to not be on a mission chasing someone to complete your roof and permitting. I would choose them every time! Thank you for providing such a painless and great experience!

I decided to upgrade my roof to flat concrete tiles. I was able to receive the tiles within a month as promised. Workmanship was excellent. All inspections passed on the first time. Highly recommend Z Roofing.

Z Roofing did a great job with a roof replacement job, installing both metal and flat roof on our home within a deadline we had from our insurance. Leaving this review on behalf of my elderly parents who have had a terrible experience with this roofing company. They left the house with a leaking flat roof and 11 broken roof tiles. Not only did they not finish the job but they intimated my parents into paying a small balance due for work never completed. My parents received a letter from a lawyer threatening to put a lien on their home if they did not pay even though the job was not completed.

This entire company is above and beyond professionalism! Gus, the owner, is hands on, on top of everything happening on your roof. yOu have easy access to him if you need to speak to him. Luis, took care of all the licensing and issues with the city in a very prompt way. Maria, is exceptional! She knows everything about your roof, answers all your questions, makes sure that if she doesn't have the answer, she will find it and get back to you right away.

She answers the phone every time in such a cheerful and professional manner, its so nice to speak to her. The roof was repaired and replaced on time, which is not a norm for this type of situation. The workers that came out were always very courteous, professional and cleaned up after every days job. I would highly recommend Z ROOFING, for all of your roofing needs!

Z Roofing is hands down the most reliable and professional roofing company I encountered. From beginning to end they gave me a great sense of confidence in their work and promise. Z-Roofing is the best roofing company in Miami - period. I received about 10 quotes for the new roof my insurance company required and Z-Roofing beat every single quote by at-least 20%. My wife and I had no idea what kind of look or style we wanted and the process was quite daunting, or so we thought. Zach, the owner, came to our house with catalogues and samples; he walked us through every single option and answered all of our questions.

We decided on a flat tile roof and the end result was amazing. I can't recommend this company enough. It is a large company with amazing prices but still maintains the personal touch and feel of the family owned business that it is. There were no surprises with price or change orders and it makes the house look 100 times better. Will use them again on my next house!
