Roofer Mike replaced our 26 year old flat concrete tile roof. Roofer Mike is the most straightforward, honest, and transparent individual I have ever dealt with in the construction business. He told us how it would happen, and it happened exactly how he told us. Mike told us he goes by the book when it comes to permits, and he easily navigated the Miami-Dade County labyrinth of permitting, inspections, and material acceptance with no issues.

We were scared to death to re-roof during the rainy season, but with 4 separate roof leaks, we knew a re-roof was necessary as opposed to repairs. Mike's crew did the tear-off, and dry-in with care to ensure the house stayed dry. If I were to move, and needed a new roof at my new place, I would use him again.

Honest and very professional! Best prices in town if you decide to go for a metal roof. Overall, I have what I was expecting: one gable metal roof with no color for low maintenance, one flat roof with insulation, and another flat roof without it. As I did my research, I also had a few estimates before I found Roofer Mike's website. I could not choose better, because Mike and his assistant did an awesome job. They went an extra mile with a wood work on the front porch for which he did not even charged what any other roofer would. The porch is beautiful; the house has changed.

They tore off the roof in sections since we are in the rainy season. Overall it could not have gone any better.

The weather over the past winter was very rainy so took a lot of patience. Mike's secured the necessary permits and completed the work as the weather allowed. I contacted Mike because I had a leak near my chimney. When he showed up and in no time he came up with the exact diagnostic for the problem. The construction around the chimney was below par. Roofer Mike Inc. did an excellent job on replacing the worn out tile roof with a new shingle roof on my grandmother Miami Springs home. They cleared off, replaced and repaired a good portion of the deteriorated wood decking and framing on the roof along with making improvements on the eves.
