just receive a violation noticed from the local city that the business is not in compliance with laws, even i paid them in full to get the proper permit before installation they lied to me and they did not get no permit, don't do bushiness with company who's not follow the law in regulation

My rating would be zero stars if it allowed. Very unprofessional and rude. They took my deposit never showed up on date as stated on contract, showed up days later unannounced only because credit card company contacted them, dug up my yard removed my existing gate, informed me then that they need to charge me more, i refused to pay any additional, they left without completing work.

We selected Venefence due to NOT having a separate fee for paying by credit card. Not even a week later that the fence was installed (contract signed on 03/12/2015 work completed on 04/19/2015) we receive a phone call that there WILL be a fee for paying with credit card even though that piece of important information (important to me) was never stated verbally or on paper.

After my fence was installed, we had a little bit of wind that wound up shifting the fence. In addition 2 the wind, my husband realized that they put my door up with 2 hinges that didn't have holes so my door wouldn't swing close because of the wind & wouldn't lock properly because there were no holes.
