The number one thing is Austin the owner and Michael return your phone calls or messenger you back promptly. I have nothing negative to say about them. The price was competitive. The quality of the fence material great. They didn't damage the yard and cleaned up as if they were never there. We love the privacy of our back yard now. Thank you for such a great job.

I needed a fence to provide privacy. As always I searched online and found several fence companies out there. I narrowed it down to 4 and met with each for quotes. Austin at Wulff took the time to really understand our needs and also give us options. After 2 day install the finished product exceeds expectations! It's not your normal fence rather high quality custom. Stop looking around and call these guys. You won't be disappointed.

Austin was the consummate professional during the process of having him measure, design, and install my fence. It was everything I wanted and more. Austin gave me height, style, and material options and was very transparent upfront with pricing and timing. He came when he said he would and delivered above my expectations with regards to fair pricing, installed prior to goal date, and speediness of install itself. I highly recommend using this company in any capacity needed! Would give 10 stars if I could.

After a lot of quotes, a lot of companies saying they couldn't accommodate or get materials, I finally was recommended Wulff Fencing for my new white vinyl fence. Austin provided a quote and timing (two weeks or so out which was incredible as we were on a deadline) ASAP and we booked the company the same day. I always felt communicated to and never sensed an ounce of shadiness like I did with all these other companies. I would highly recommend Wulff for any fencing needs and will gladly use them in the future!

We contracted Wulff fence to replace our old wooden fence with vinyl and aluminum fence. Austin and his crew were highly professional, prompt, and courteous. They did a fantastic job on our fence. They were quick to respond to our questions/concerns and exceeded our expectations with their workmanship. We had 4 quotes done before deciding who to go with, they were the most reasonably priced. Wulff did work on my neighbor's fence. They were working on my property without asking. They removed my fence without telling me. They said the neighbor told them to remove it. I asked, " Did you even think to ask me about it? Or even ask my permission to be on my property?" They claimed they didn't know it was my fence (even though the survey flags were still there).

One worker claimed that the flags were not correct and asked me to prove it with my survey. I asked them, "If you didn't know it was my fence, then why are you putting up the new fence in a different place? Why wouldn't you use the existing posts and holes?" The response was, " We don't have time to discuss this with you. We have a job to do and we need to make money. " Code enforcement came and made them put my fence back and stopped them from working because they didn't have a permit. Overall, there were 2 workers there, one was very rude, talked over me, and became antagonistic. Meanwhile, they put my poles back and they are very wobbly. Now, I have to pay someone to fix it.

They did a great job. Showed up and finished when they said they would. Fair price I will definitely call them again.

Had them replace my back yard fence and it is good quality. They had some loose panels but came back the next day to fix it free "obviously" and for the cost and quickness they finished was worth the money, easy. They even took down trees in the way. Lots of reviews are about availability. I asked from the beginning when they would be able to start the job and they said a month or more until they were available. They did good work and I understand the demand they have because of it.

Austin was great, as he showed up on time, returned my calls promptly, started and finished on time with the removal of the existing fence and supplies for the new fence. He helped design a more decorative wooden fence than my existing traditional 6X8 Dog Ear Panel fence that was 20 years old while staying in my budget. My project was large, right at 300' of fence, a single 5' gate and a double wide 10' gate all staying within code for my pool.

I had several requirements and he met them all. One being that the fence had to go so low to the ground 100% in every section that my tiny 6LB Dachshund dog did not escape. He and his crew worked diligently and left the area clean each day. I have had several neighbors rant and rave about the new look and the custom craftmanship. I defiantly have already recommended Wulff Fence Services!

Met Austin through a couple of my neighbors who had used his company and had nothing but good things to say. Austin was great to work with from the very beginning, very responsive and great communication. He installed my fence the day after the ARC had approved it! A couple of minor hiccups during installation, and Austin went beyond the call of duty to get back to my house within a day or two and make the necessary corrections. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and he gives you a 1 year warranty as well.

We'd been shopping around for a fence company since the beginning of the year to remove and rebuild a new wooden privacy fence. After a lot of quotes and research we hired Wulff Fence and they didn't disappoint. The owner, Austin and his crew were pros and exceeded our expectations and crafted a fence that's great looking and built to last. I would highly recommend them.

Poor customer service. For six months they said they were coming on specific days. Stayed home and waited many days. Never showed. Never called. I finally told them to forget it and he told me that a child could do what I needed done. Nothing like insulting a former customer. I'm hoping that he realizes how unprofessional he was and just does the job.

Owner of Wulff fence, Austin Wulff, is very unprofessional and unethical. When we first decided to hire Austin he gave us the run around and postponed our starting date due to the rain. The night before the rescheduled date we texted him to make sure he was coming the following day and he informed us he didn't have the funds to buy the material which he should've already had the week prior when he postponed due to the weather.

When he finally showed up to do the job we asked him for proof of insurance, contractor license, and permit which he didn't have any of them. He stated he was going to pull a permit as soon as he left our home but we found out 3 days later he did not get the permit. It clearly states in his contract that the permit is included. We had to take off work to go pull a permit since he did not do this for us as stated clearly in his contract.

When asked if he pulled the permit Austin stated that he had got it. When i told him he did not and we went down and pulled the permit on our own. Austin clearly lied that he pulls a permit. It took them 4 days to complete our fence due to them showing up in the middle of the afternoon to start each day. Once the job was completed we realized they didn't pour an adequate amount of concrete and the fence was very wobbly and unstable.

He was very unwilling to come out and pour more concrete to stabilize the fence. The only reason the issue got resolved was because we withheld the other half of the funds and the workers were just trying to get paid and fixed the issue on their own time. About 4 days went by when our dogs escaped the yard and almost got hit by a car. We couldn't figure out how that was possible because we made sure they couldn't slip through a 4" gap prior to having the fence installed.

We put them in the back yard then watched from a distance when they slipped right through the bars on the corner of the fence. When we looked at it we realized they added an extension piece because the fence was improperly installed and didn't line up correctly which left a 6" gap at the bottom. The only reason the issue was resolved was because we ran into one of his workers at the gas station and he came out on his own time again and corrected the issue for us.

Even still today the fence isn't symmetrical but we tolerate it because anytime we have a conversation with Austin he is extremely unprofessional (see picture texts). We also had 9 bent bars that needed to be replaced that his worker bent back for us while he was here. We wanted all the bars completely replaced but he refused to do so. When Austin showed up at our home for the final payment, the stench of alcohol on him was overwhelming.

He was clearly drunk and I should have turned him away at the point but we just wanted this situation over with. Finally almost a month went by and we thought Austin was permanently out of our lives when he posted some rude comments on my business page on social media. He keeps texting my fiance his address for him to come over to his home insinuating unknown circumstances.

This has led us to create our own webpage to document and show the facts about Austin of Wulff Fence and his unprofessional and unethical business and personal practices. I have also contacted the local news stations to tell our story about shady contractors. Austin of Wulff Fence is not a contractor or company that i could refer anyone to for work. I can't' say enough about what a great experience I had with Wulff Fence! I worked with Ricky who was very professional and worked tirelessly with my husband and I to give us the fence we envisioned. Josh and Neil installed the fence and customized a tongue and groove cedar fence that our neighbors have complimented non stop since the installation. If we ever need a fence company again we will be using Wulff!

Quick call back, friendly business to work with. Not the low bid but you do get what you pay for. Very professional work, cleanup was well done. They even hauled off my broken fence. All in all I would definitely recommend.

I found this company through Angie's list. Initially, contacting and getting a quote and time of service went well. Installer came on time and worked all day basically by himself. When inspecting the wood fence afterwards, we noted mold on our upgraded cypress wood on multiple panels. Also, price stickers were left on all the pieces and nailed in so almost impossible to remove.

Almost every piece containing one of these. When contacting the company to remove the mold, we were aware that there was a personal issue with one of the partners. We gave it time and tried contacting the owner (multiple emails and calls) within a week and were not met with much apology. More like we were bothering. Bottom line: we spent a Saturday scrubbing a brand new fence clean of mold. Unfortunately, save yourself a hassle and go with a company with better follow up and concern for moldy wood when you are buying a new fence!

I hired this company after several quotes & felt like this was a good choice. I'll have to say - the installers were good & very respectful of my property. The vinyl fence is beautiful. My dissatisfaction occurred when attempting to get product warranty information after installation & payment & asking for someone to come out (3rd request) to check a leaning post 3-4 months after install.

I have a 1 year warranty on installation. After having made several phone calls, I've still not received a response after several promises to come out to rectify my concerns. I consider this very poor customer service & will never refer anyone to them again. So sad companies operate in this manner!

Just got a new gate from Austin Wulff and my wife and I love it. Super durable, original design - and he even put in little details we asked for to help secure it for high winds. This is our choice for any other future fence work and we recommend Wulff Fence.
