Meet with Scott the person who come out to review the project and take measurements exc. I explained the project he said he's done many projects of the same and said he will have an estimate for me within a few day. A few days pass I did not hear from Scott so I texted him and called and he apologized and assured me he will have the quote for me in a couple of days which did not happen.

After a few days I text, called and he again assured me he will get the quote to me in a few days and nothing. Ultimately after 3 calls, 3 weeks later of waiting for a response he tells me they decided to pass on our project. I wasted my time waiting for a company that never had any intentions of doing the job. My advice don't waste your time with this company instead find a company that appreciates your time and money. This was at minimum a $10,000 project that they ultimately refused.

I loved everything about Rose Fence Service from begging to end. From the very beginning I left a voice mail to inquire about an estimate, which is free by the way. And the following day my call was retuned by Donna who is a pleasant person to talk with and the estimator Lee who went out to discuss my fencing options was very patient and professional, as this was my first time owning a home and all that's required to put up a fence was new to me such as height that's allowed and permitting.

The Installers who installed my fence was very nice as well, always smiling and saying good morning and made the effort to clean after themselves each day was nice to see. Most people who work out doors don't look very happy But you can tell that the people who works at Rose Fence are happy to work there and take pride in their job. I contacted Rose Fence to help with a repair to my home automatic gate. The electric arm had become completely detached from the gate, potentially by someone running into it, or it not being put on properly in the first place, but regardless I called Rose Fencing to get an estimate on the repair, and asked them if they could fix it. They asked me to send pictures of the damage, and I did.

Then they responded the next day and told me the damage wasn't extensive enough for them to repair it. Given that my gate is inoperable completely, I do not understand this. I think its not professional to only want to help the very expensive quotes, and not have time for "smaller" repairs. Particularly, if those people could always be potential for future repairs and more business down the road. I am very disappointed.

I had Rose Fence come out and repair a fence that was taken out by a tree during a hurricane. Everything went well from their responsiveness to my inquiry to repairing the fence to coming back out to make sure the gate was realigned. Great service! I would recommend Rose Fence anytime.

Rose Fence did excellent work; however they dropped the ball when the gate quit closing after several months and I'm rating them a 2. I had the fence installed in 2016 and the gate kept sagging and I kept adjusting thinking it was settling; but the gate continued to sag until I could no longer adjust it. I called Rose fence including the salesperson and they were nice, but never completed the job correctly.

They came a few times with band aid fixes that worked for a brief period and didn't hold. I think the gate post needs to be re-installed correctly. This is a real shame as these guys were professional. Great Salesperson KC and expert advice and answered our many questions and walked us through the entire process. Rose was great at getting the permit and working through some kinks and easy to schedule the install.

The installers were quick and efficient and professional to deal with. Overall a great experience until the sagging gate. If you see attached photo - The gate latch is sagging way below the latch and I have to lift the gate in order to securely close it; this started happening immediately after the install.

The customer service provided and the worked performed were done professionally and in the specified time. When comparing pricing I found they were a little higher than some of their competitors but when comparing the actual material RFC provided a better quality product. If you want a better grade fence, contact Rose Fence Company. You won't be disappointed.

The salesman was rude would not answer. Questions. Said he gets paid to give estimates not answer questions.he. wanted me to. Get the permit which would releve them. From some legal. Responsibility. I will select another fence company

Future customers beware.! This company will not provide service for what they sell. We had Rose Fence install two gates and three panels of beige vinyl fencing about 8 or 9 years ago. The fence panels have held up well in the Florida sun, but one of the gate hinges has developed a problem, as well as the gate post has started to sag. The vinyl fencing behind one of the hinge screws has broken away and will probably require a replacement of that part of the gate.

I understand this installation is no longer under any type of warranty, but when I contacted Rose about getting a repair I was told they don't do service related calls. Meaning, after 8 years they won't service what they sell. I'm willing to pay a reasonable price for the repair, but was told to call a handyman. I can no longer recommend this company as they won't provide after sales service. Plenty of other good fence companies in this market. Look elsewhere.

I had been wanting to get a vinyl fence to replace my old beat-up wooden fence for at least 1 year. Then Hurricane Irma damaged several panels of my old fence, and I was finally motivated to get a new fence (let us not forget the financial aid from the insurance). So I researched at length for the best value (not just cost) fence combined with the best warranty and quality from a reputable company with at least 4-star ratings from Google, BBB, Yelp and FB, and Rose Fence was the winner.

Unfortunately Rose did not deliver the fence within the 4-week estimated period. yes, it was an estimate, not a commitment. but as a customer I'd expected them to meet their own estimate. Then when they finally scheduled the fence delivery, but they ended up cancelling it by email the day before the delivery (a phone call would have been nicer), and move it to the following week. 1 day after Christmas.

The fence delivery and installation started on Dec-26, and it took several days to finish because there was only 1 guy working. to his merit, he did a great job and worked long and hard hours. In summary, they were very good - I recommend Rose Fence for your future fence needs.

Rose Fence did a wonderful job on my vinyl fence repair. Once I contacted them, they were at my house the next day. The crew who worked on the fence were very nice and considerate. The office staff treated me as if I was a major client. Everyone was wonderful to work with on my small repair. If I need a fence installed or future repairs, I will definitely use Rose Fence Company. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Rose fence is by far the best company I have dealt with since moving to FL. From the salesman to the install I could not ask for a better company to work with. If you pick one of these other company's good luck.

First off getting my fence installed has been a nightmare. They did a shotty job and then demanded money. I told them no money till the job is actually done. they then proceeded to tell me the owner had a brother who was a lawyer and they would put a lean on my house.
