In November 2003, Carlos & Pilar Ardila, like most immigrants in this country, realized their first American dream, purchasing their first home in Central Florida. While living in their new home, they felt the necessity of installing a fence to give the home a touch of security and elegance, especially for the benefit of their kids.
So with the kids in mind, they went about installing their first fence. As comments came in from neighbors & friends about the beauty and professional installation of their fence, the idea was started to help those around them. Viva las Fences was born. After working hard to in the local area, word of mouth praise helped to grow their business.

Report
Vinyl fencing in the Orlando area is becoming the most popular alternative to traditional wood picket fences, metal & chain link fences. Vinyl fencing generally cost more initially, however the vinyl alternative pays for itself in the long run because it lasts longer and requires little to NO maintenance. Vinyl is also more attractive and last longer in extreme temperature.
