Precision Landscape Maintenance was established in 1987 by Art and Laurie Sanchez. As a family owned business, Precision Landscape began providing maintenance services to their local community of Scripps Ranch. As the demand for the quality landscape maintenance and construction increased, Precision Landscape Maintenance Incorporated was started.

The following year PLM Inc. earned a Landscape Contractors License (C27) and a Home Improvement Certification (HIC) from the California State Licensing Board. This license and certification have expanded the scope of work and opportunities for PLM Inc. to include residential and commercial design, construction, low water transitioning, synthetic turf, maintenance, repairs and full circle tree maintenance service.

Art and his crew restored my yard after renters destroyed it. They would even come over to water everything on their day off to keep everything alive when the renters turned off the water. My home now looks like a model and the price was reasonable. Their ongoing maintenance is outstanding.
