Rock Of Ages

I had my pool built 15 years ago and Eric did my rock. I was told you have to paint your rocks about every 6-7 years. Eric job lasted 15 years. But the biggest surprise is that I was worried that he was no longer in business as you here contractors come and go. Not only was he around, he remembered my job and came out, made a couple of minor suggestions, repaired some old rock and repainted everything else. My pool looks brand new again. Thank you Eric and team. Clean, tidy and decent prices. I would highly recommend Rock of Ages any time.

Rock of Ages repaired and repainted our rock work, slide and bridges in our pool area. We received two bids from contractors who had portfolios of projects similar to ours. Eric's bid was competitive, but more importantly his projects looked more natural. His team arrived on schedule and worked in a well coordinated and practiced fashion. They cleaned, patched and applied layers and layers of color to achieve an extremely natural and fresh look. His team cleaned up the entire area. My God I don't understand what these people are talking about. We hired Eric of Rock of Ages, to redo our boring backyard. He explained the process gave us a time frame kept us informed all the way through the job. I had requested to see his work. He showed us 3 Rock pools of his work we were blown away and excited to start. The rain held it up a a couple of weeks, but every time the rain would let up his crew was out here working hard.

It came out amazing X10 I mean he surpassed our expectations it looks like a resort out there at night the lights are beautiful also it's a playground by day that slide wow! The waterfall is so beautiful looking and not to mention listening to it is very relaxing. We just couldn't be more happy. Everyone who See's it says 'I feel like I'm at a Vegas resort. Thank you Eric so much.

WARNING: We had our pool done by Eric and his crew. At first everything was great. Then the issues started, like discolored plaster, plaster/sand chips, over flow pump issues etc. My husband and I spoke with Eric and his crew MANY TIMES via emails, phone conversations & texting. He showed up once, spoke a big talk about how he would get the issues fixed and nothing was never done. Eric and crew had tons of excuses.

Pretty typical of them not to take responsibility for their work and repairs. Eric also asked if we would be willing to show our pool to a potential client and we agreed with the condition that the problems would be fixed. What a dishonest Co and Crew. They have no integrity at all. I highly recommend you look around for a pool Co. that takes pride in their customer service.

I would not wanted anyone to have a headache when all you want is to enjoy what you paid good monies for. FYI: Before posting my review I decided to wait a while to see if any issues would be fixed. In giving them plenty of time to do so.

Eric is amazing, what an artist! My pool is in progress and I couldn't be happier. Not only did he get the concept I was looking for, he exceeded my expectations. I am more than happy to have anyone interested in his services contact him, and see for themselves.

This company is, and the people who run are (Eric Ray and Gil Mawhinney), very incompetent and unprofessional. Contact me if you are considering using them for any kind of landscape or construction job. I will show you the job they did at my house and pictures of the destruction and poor quality workmanship. I highly recommend you stay away from these guys and any of their associated companies.
