David was great from the start to finish. He was always up front & available to answer all our questions. His employees were Wonderful, very meticulous about their work & clean up. Great from beginning to end! Dave was clear the entire time with updates and explaining everything. The employees that came to work were also wonderful! They were so productive and on a mission. One day I looked out and there were 7 men in the pool! The tile man was so patient and paid so much attention to detail! Communication was with Dave the whole time and he would reply on weekends or evenings and even when he was on vacation. Our family truly appreciates everything they did and we are so happy with the work done!

We just finished our pool replaster and tile cleaning with Trinity Custom Pools. Couldn't be happier. We had a bad experience with a different plaster company previously. Dave is like night and day. The project is done and we couldn't be happier with the result! The water is exactly the color I wanted and blends perfectly with the tile. I guess they are too busy for customers. Left detailed message and they couldn't even be courteous enough to call back. I wouldn't trust a company who shows lack of professionalism from the get go.

We are so pleased with the service and final product we received from Dave and his team. Our pool plaster was 20+ years old and chipping away; Our pool tile was falling off. Dave gave us a free in-home estimate and, in that experience, alone, I knew that I wanted to work with him. He was personable, professional, and the cost of the remodel was extremely reasonable. Dave also took the time to discuss some tile design ideas with me.

His crew was great, and they worked quickly and efficiently. In about 2 weeks, we were enjoying our beautiful new pool. After the work was done, Dave returned to show me how to maintain the pool and gave me some supplies to get started (Chlorine, Muriatic Acid, Metal Brush, and Water Test Kit) He guaranteed that we would love our pool and he was right. Thank you so much!

We remodeled our pool with Dave's team in October 2020. We have used our pool this summer more than we have in the last 10 years. Trinity Pools has outstanding customer service. Dave was prompt to respond whenever I had a question or concern. We had a problem with our old pump after the remodel and Dave was quick to assist to replace it with a reasonable cost. During the pool estimate he didn't try to up sell us since we had a small budget. This is an honest man.give him your business!

Horrible work quality and costumer service. I hired this company to Replaster my pool and added a baja. The tiles started to fall off two months after they finished the work. They came and fix them once. The tiles kept falling off, i have called several times leaving messages to please call me back but no luck. The lady that answered the phone is very rude and short.

Last time I talked to her she told me she didn't had time to explain to me what could be wrong with my pool that she was going to have Dave returned my call. The compound they used to attached the tiles to the pool never cured. Every time the tiles fall off the material is still wet like play dough. This service was not cheap. We work hard for our money and to have this type of costumer service is really sad. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had leak detection done by American Leak Detection. My inground spa had leaks beyond repair. I was asking for a quote for pebble tec demolition and new plaster along with some additional work. After your first response to call leak detection, which I had already done, I called you and left a phone message. I didn't get a call back. No worries. I did get calls back from the nicest people at several other companies.

I have been receiving quotes from many pool builders and I must say that Trinity has been awesome. Quick to respond, kind, professional, and checks in. It sucks that in the pool industry, you have to often chase down a pool company for a quote. I haven't pulled the trigger on a pool company yet but so far, I've been happy with the Trinity's communication with potential clients.

We had such a great experience with David and his team of workers throughout our pool remodel project. Trinity Custom Pools really brought our 18 year old pool back to life, new tile, new NPT Stonescape mini pebble finish, and even fixed our leak in the spa. David was so responsive right from my initial call and all the way to the end of the project.

Trinity pools is great and Dave is absolutely amazing and a pleasure to do business with. He got straight to the point and made me feel safe doing business with him. I had gotten multiple quotes (7) and he was the only one that didn't try and up charge me for things that come standard when remodeling a pool. He always returned my calls quickly and answered any(even pretty dumb) questions me or my family had.

I highly recommend Trinity Custom Pools. Dave gave me a reasonable quote and started my project immediately. I had the plaster redone, the pool lights upgraded, installed a salt water system and installed a new control panel. The entire project took about a week and Dave kept me updated while the project was being done. I'm very satisfied with this professionalism and quick installation. I had a problem turning on the lights at 8pm on a Friday night. I messaged Dave; he immediately responded and figured out the problem.

We have enjoyed our pool for a year already. Thier staff was fantastic. They brought our pool back to life. It looks great and has been fun for our family and friends. It really has helped my exercise program. They give good choices and qualitt products. Price was fair. Thank you

Trinity custom pools personal Dave is very responsive with Quote, help in suggesting colors of coping, tiles and stonecape finish. He was always on top of his project. Had a concern he was there. Estimate was in line and glad that we used Trinity custom pool. Would use Dave and Trinity custom pool again.

I was looking for a company to re-plaster, my pool, clean tile and install new lights (two). Prior to contacting Trinity, I had already had four other companies come out and give me an estimate. I called Trinity after seeing the reviews. When Dave got here, he looked at my pool and gave me an estimate, which included cleaning my tile and new colored lights.

He was cheaper then all four of my previous estimates. The others tried to nickle and dime me, by charging more for the tile cleaning and the lights. Since I already knew how much the lights cost, I was truly surprised, that Dave didn't up the the price on me. He was done in 14 days. My pool looks beautiful and I could not be happier. The only negative, (probably me more that anything, ) was that at times, he did not call, when he promised to do so. All in all, great guy and company. Highly recommend him if you are looking for your pool needs.

After extensive research on pool replastering and inquiring with several companies for quotes, I ended up choosing Dave with Trinity Pools for our pool remodel. Dave was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He also was not trying to upsell anything as he provided us many different options and explained the differences between each style of plaster/pebble.

We ultimately decided on a mini pebble tec finish with amazing tiles that match our backyard perfectly thanks to Dave's suggestion. Compared to other quotes I received, Dave was very affordable and his team was extremely experienced and fast. You can tell they put a lot of effort to make the customer happy for the long-run. Dave was also very helpful after the pool was done and answered all my questions immediately. I highly recommend Trinity Custom Pools.

I called Trinity after getting a quote for new pool plaster/pebble, tile, and lights from another company. Dave scheduled an appointment for the next day and showed up 5 minutes early. Dave brought many photos of past work and product samples to choose from. Trinity's quote was considerably less and I am so happy I decided to go with Trinity. The whole project was completed in less than two weeks. Dave was excellent about communicating with me and explaining each step of the project and confirming when his crews would arrive. The pool looks wonderful and I whole-heartedly recommend Trinity Custom Pools.

We had our pool completely remodeled by Dave and his awesome team. It was completed 4 weeks ago and we are more than happy with the end result. Our project included complete demo and removal of concrete surrounding the pool, relocate gas fire pit and complete remodel and new plumbing of the pool.

I am VERY impressed with Dave's follow-through and customer service we have received thus far. We are in the beginning stages of our remodel and so happy we went with the recommendation from another party to use Dave.

They ruined my spa after acid washing it. Now I have to get it re-plastered. Dave never supervised the job and the workers were left alone without direction so they had to re-do the plaster - twice- and still didn't do it right.
