Born in Appleton, Wisconsin, Joe Bissing began his contracting experience as a Fox Valley homebuilder in the family business with his father, Raymond. Intrigued by the electrical aspect of home building, Joe was hired by Seaver Electric in 1971. Joe continued his electrical education and licensing to eventually take over the business when the owner of Seaver Electric retired.

Bissing Electric was founded in 1981, to service the Fox Valley and surrounding areas. A respected and experienced staff, capable of handling any electrical request, makes up the Bissing Electric, Inc. team.
