Suburban

The work was done well, but I felt I was over billed. I was told services would be $90 an hour which I was fine with, no one told me about the additional $25 visit fees. I was told modifying parts in the shop would be a 15 minute job and I was billed for an hour. Called to discuss billing concerns and was told they wouldn't change anything. Will not be using them again in the future.

The main breaker on my panel went out on a Friday night, and first thing Saturday morning, Suburban was able to get an electrician out to get it repaired for me. The electrician (Eric) was super helpful, personable, and it was easy to tell he knew what he was doing. He did a really nice job explaining what went wrong and explaining what his plan was for repairing everything. I really appreciate how quick they were able to get this taken care of for me, and will be coming back to them for some updates I am planning in the future.

We had Suburban Electric install a transfer switch in our home, so we could easily convert to emergency generator power. Everyone we worked with were prompt, friendly and professional. Pete came out initially, scoped the work, and did an excellent job of explaining what the job consisted of and took the time necessary to answer our questions. Eric, the main electrician who did the work, explained exactly whay he did and took the time to show us how to safely transfer power, connect our generator and made sure we were comfortable with that process. A truly excellent example of start-to-finish superb customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
