Just a first impression here, I called asking for an estimate. First, the guy answered the phone with "HELLO?" I had to ask if I had Grover Electric. I explained as best I could my situation and what I needed, and he said "We are $70/hr plus materiel" end of call, he said it so plain, like he lost a possible sale because I bothered him with my phone call. Unprofessional on phone call, but to be fair, they could very well be damn fine electricians. I just didn't like the phone call.
