Devine Bath

Was disappointed. When I spoke to Laura, I was very clear on the scope of work I was looking for. I even prepared a comprehensive deck to review what was needed. My first question I asked was that my work estimated to be around $10k to $15k, is that too small of work for your company? She was very passionate that it wasn't. So I went through my bathroom remodel needs, page by page from the deck I shared.

I was told to give her a week to get an itemize estimate to me for my approval. Being I had not heard back that next week, I followed up the following week that it was promised. Only to get a short e-mail reply that my scope of work was too small ($10-$15) for this company. I'm disappointed that this was not communicated up front. That I had to wait two weeks and I had to follow up. On the bright side, this let me know that it would not be a good match.

Our bathroom re-fresh included new flooring, vanity, mirror, tile shower, new sink and shower fixtures and new glass shower walls and door and new lighting. We enjoyed working closely with Norma and Chris, who were knowledgeable and skilled in design and project management. We especially liked the outstanding work of Ron and Melanie as our primary contractors.

The quality of work was excellent and the responsiveness during a time of product and staffing delays made it worth waiting for. We would definitely use Devine Bath in the future. Sue and Keith Wochnick

We love our remodeled bathroom. From our first meeting with Stephanie, I felt she listened. She coordinated around a trip we planned and the bathroom was completed while we were away, which was wonderful. With the exception of a few punch list items, the bathroom was finished before the estimated time, which meant we saved a lot of money on having to stay at an Airbnb when we returned from our vacation (we have only one bathroom).

This was huge since we were tired and just wanted to be home. The quality of the fixtures, the tile, counter, cabinets, etc. is all really good and it feels wonderful to be in there. The bathroom feels a lot bigger despite not increasing its size, even though we added a sink. We love our tub/shower. Chris and the team were responsive with punch list items.

Depending on my question, I sent texts, emails and made phone calls to Chris, all of which were answered immediately, and professionally. We would definitely hire Devine Bath for our kitchen remodel :). I also loved the selection of items we had to choose from and are very happy with the contrast--it's stunning in person. We highly recommend Devine Bath.

Long story short the entire project took much longer then expected, which I can't entirely blame on them because of COVID. They used the wrong color grout on our flooring then talked us into allowing them to paint/stain the grout the correct color. Then finally after all of it is done the shower door leaks, they've been out 3 times to fix it and to add to the problems now grout is falling out in between the tile pieces.

I've spent almost 2 months trying to get someone to at least come and look and the problems. I've had one of there supervisors call in sick then no call no show. We are doing our best to work with them and allow them to fix the problems. But unfortunately I feel we will have to hire someone else and go after them legally.

Devine Bath needs to stand behind their work. They guarantee their workmanship-the thing they brag about the most when trying to get your business being of quality, for only 1 year. 1 YEAR! That is nothing if you really believe in your skill. We trusted them, even after they had to repair work done by a contractor who did substandard work. And now just four years later they won't stand behind their work and repair thousands of dollars of damage done to our entire bathroom by water leaking around a shower tray that was not installed correctly by them.

They need to do right by their customers, even after the job is done and paid for. Stay away and find a company that will stand behind their work for longer than one lousy year.

From the in-home consultation through the design to the install, Devine Bath were superb and the resulting master bath remodel was just perfect. Norma, Kyle and Chris were a pleasure to work with, professional, efficient and skilled. I highly recommend.

This is same company that operates in Seattle. Was initially quick to respond. However, after committed to returning a bid within a week, its now been 3 without an update or ETA. Proactive communication goes a long way.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! From the moment we met with Stephanie and Chris to talk about our potential bathroom remodel to the moment the work began with Noel, we were very happy. They were always responsive and open to our questions, comments, etc. We ended up doing two major bathroom Renos AND our entire kitchen along with all the ancillary stuff that needs to be done when you start digging through a 100year old home.

They were careful with our wishes, keen on the design, transparent to work with, and had gracious employees that made it easy to have in and around the house. Devine bath did a complete remodel of our bath. They came with very high recommendations and we are completely satisfied with the project from beginning to completion. The quality of work was exceptional. We were kept informed each step of the way and knew what to expect day by day. The workmen were extremely skilled and courteous. They were very tidy, prompt and reliable.

The project was completed on time and the only budget overrun was due unexpected necessary plumbing repair of the water pipes leading upstairs that were slowly leaking and would have surely ruptured within a short period of time. Thank goodness the slow leak was discovered and repaired before major water damage would have occurred. We are 100% happy with the completed project and would definitely look to Devine should we need further bath remodel. Chris was the project manager and we cannot say enough nice things about him. He even fixed the handle lock mechanism on our very old heavy front door--a job that a lock smith had botched one year earlier.

6 months after completion I am still very happy with the way my bathroom remodel went. Stephanie was great to work with and for me the ability to see a curated selection of materials while still feeling like I got to have an opinion and voice created a process for selecting materials that was easy and stress-free. Chris and the team that did the work were great.

I was often home while work was being done and everyone was courteous and professional (and didn't blink an eye when constantly being observed by my curious children). It was a smooth process through-out and any questions that came up were handled quickly. I would definitely work with Devine Bath in the future.

The staff that helped with my project were knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, possessed strong work ethics and timely. I love my remodeled bathroom. They were there everyday until the project was complete. Afterward, they made sure they had taken care of everything. This is a trustworthy, reliable, skilled company.

We hired to Devine to remodel the master bathroom at my parents house. Their designer helped us develop a plan for the remodel that included functional/safety aspects like grab bars and a curbless shower. The contractors were professional and on-time. The final product looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Devine.

Devine Bath remodeled a very small bathroom but has made it feel like a spa, our bathroom originally had to be 100 years old and it seriously needed a face lift. Tony and Stephanie are great, they answered my questions and provided suggestions. I had asked for a few existing items to be replaced but Tony looked at the items and said he could clean them up instead of replacing if they worked well; I have never had a contractor help me to save costs! My wife had remodeled 2 bathrooms previously by working directly with a contractor. This process took a lot of time and a lot of legwork. For the 3rd bathroom, we used Devine Bath. They presented us with a great design and handled everything from design to construction. It was done quickly and efficiently. Their concept of bringing the showroom to us and eliminating all the legwork made it a pleasurable experience.

Devine Bath completed a bathroom remodel for our home, it turned out beautifully. I am hopeless at color and tile choices, their design team presented a palette of various colors for the floor, tiles, and walls, with samples of all. It made it much more simple to make our selection. They were very attentive to any questions or concerns that we had during the construction phase, the contractors were all very competent, punctual and neat(cleaned up each day before leaving). We are extremely pleased with our remodel.
